Nice, but noisy
Pros:

Bathroom was well equipped
Plenty of lights
Soft bed

Cons:

Thin walls and ceilings, family above were having a party and could hear their phone calls. Also my shower was in the bath and i slipped many times. I think the main issue is noise, I also heard a couple "having a good time".

Increíble!
Pros:

Todo! Desde la recepción ha sido increíble, el personal es muy amable y se encargan de que esté todo bien. El hotel es precioso, la decoración, el estilo… Además tuvieron el detalle de darnos una habitación mejor. Estamos muy agradecidos y sin duda volveremos ya que estaba cerquísima del movistar arena, no movimos el coche en todo el finde (tienen parking) así que genial porque también hay paradas de metro cerca. Hay un dominos pizza al girar la esquina y mil sitios donde desayunar, comer, cenar…

Estuvo todo increíble, nada malo!

Pros:

La posizione è molto buona perché vicinissima al centro grazie alla metro a due passi ma sufficientemente lontana dal caos con locali super dove mangiare nei dintorni. Molto comoda per i concerti alla Movistar Arena.
Il personale è gentilissimo.

Cons:

La nostra stanza aveva l’affaccio sull’interno quindi era molto poco illuminata e un po’ claustrofobica ma credo si possa chiedere una stanza con affaccio strada e comunque se si torna solo per dormire non è certo un problema.

Worth the money
Pros:

The reception staff were very kind and spoke good English. We slept well the bed was comfortable. AND the cleaning lady was absolutely amazing. We stayed in room 407, and she cleaned the room, changed the towels and bed linen every day without us even asking. She truly deserves a salary raise.
The metro is just around the corner, which makes it very easy and quick to get to the city center.
We would definitely choose this hotel again if we return. The only downside is that there is no balcony for smokers, and the view it was facing an interior courtyard surrounded by walls, so not very pleasant. Overall, I would still give it a 10.
