Pros:

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The pillows were a little small, but they gave us extra pillows when we asked. They even had free cookies in the lobby.

Cons:

The mattress was a little uncomfortable, but that is not uncommon in older hotels.

Everything was clean, well maintained and the staff was incredibly friendly☺️
Pros:

Security on site, right off of I5, making it easy to get on and off the freeway. There is also restaurants,a movie theater, and lots of other cool things to check out within ten miles.

Handicapped shower was awful
Pros:

Free oatmeal cookies at check in.

Cons:

No hot water at 9pm. Very little water pressure. Lamp by bedside stopped working in the night so my phone didn't charge. Unplugged lamp and plugged it in to other socket and then it started working again.
Also I did NOT know what a walk in shower was. Ugh.

The best and worst things about best western heritage inn in chico
Pros:

I love the staff. They are accommodating helpful nice willing and capable

Cons:

The price. The fact that we have stayed there so much and the amount of rewards that we have received isn't the best. Doesn't reflect the type of loyalty we have exhibited

Short stay that went well except for finding the hotel property.
Pros:

Staff was great, very professional, caring, helpful. Had trouble finding the hotel at night. Called and Steve got me going in proper direction. Breakfast was very good.

Everything was up to par with the hotel.

Cons:

The neighbor guest left husband dog alone inside of husband room and the poor animal barked and whined for HOURS. It was very frustrating.
