Nice for the price
Pros:

The two rooms were wonderful, location super.

Cons:

Bed and pillows not as comfortable as other Best Westerns we've stayed at. We could also hear the highway noise from the room, and people running down the halls in the middle of the night.

It’s worth the money paid for.
Pros:

Location is great, personnel is great, and the rooms and towels are clean. Perfect for the money you are paying

Cons:

Breakfast is just so simple and standard. Omelets, sausages, waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice, bread, and coffee. That is it.

Pros:

Liked that I got a free upgrade to a king suite room because the first room had no working AC. The pool and hot tub were really nice! The food at breakfast was good.

Cons:

The other guests were ghetto. The hotel was full and breakfast was a fight to get fresh hot food before it ran out. I wish the hours for breakfast were a bit longer. Our first room we booked had no working AC and it was hot and uncomfortable. The elevator was janky

Would of been nice but AC that worked even after transferring to the second room at 106 that date in Chico

Pros:

Clean and friendly loved the spa and pool. Free breakfast, great restaurant in walking distance and movie theater

Cons:

A few homeless people but didn't bother anyone, freeway right next to the pool n spa but a fence blocked the view wasn't too bad. We enjoyed our stay and will go back.
