Veterans Hospital
Pros:

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I stay at this particular hotel for appts at the Veterans Hospital. The Jacuzzi, sauna, fresh breakfast are also outstanding! Pets allowed, very important!

Pros:

Large, clean and convenient room. Pet friendly. Great staff and free coffee in the morning. I saw people shining up the common areas, too.

Cons:

I wanted to stay in West Sacramento, but there was no affordable option for me there.

Continue to be impressed with the staff . I don’t stay as much as I used to ( job demands) but when I do it’s tops.
Pros:

The staff accommodates business and government travelers very well . They can book you a stay at last minute and work with you on cancellations. I have stayed at other hotels in the area you won’t find a motel accommodating staff . The front desk clerks Julia and Shay remember your name and your room preferences. The manager Violetta always makes sure I got the room I wanted . The restaurant and bar remember you , Irma on the breakfast staff and Mark for the evening lounge. I recommend this facility to all government workers that end up in the Mather area . 2 exits up off of Sunrise

Good Hotel for a quick stopover
Pros:

Stayed there for one night with my kid. We were in Sacramento for a student competition. The hotel is perfectly adequate for our needs.
The breakfast isn't a buffet though and takes a while for the food to show up. It would be nice for the hotel to have a breakfast buffet.

The sauna, hot tub and gym are good. Staff are generally friendly. Love that that have soft and firm pillows option.

Cons:

Room can hear noise from next room. When I turned the air conditioner to 'fan', bad smell came out.

Disappointed.
Pros:

The hotel is old and not up to regular Holiday Inns that we have experienced. Sink faucet didn't work well. We hope that renovations will extend to all of the rooms. They need a complete makeover. The outside renovation won't help if you don't fix the rooms.

Our experience was amazing and we will only be coming to this hotel whenever we travel.
Pros:

The staff was so friendly, we loved coming to a clean room, and my little girls loved the pool.

Cons:

There was some construction work going on so it was a little loud but other than that it was a perfect stay.

Pros:

Great location , Pool and spa are great! Staff is friendly

Cons:

Rooms seem outdated, bed was ok. Might have just been our room but the group upstairs above us was very loud and up all night so there were constant noises. Hard to get a good nights sleep.
