Ibis Paris Grands Boulevards Opera 9th

Absolutely great hotel! We loved staying here. All the staff were super friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and cozy. There was plenty of space and the beds were really comfortable. The location of the hotel is great - so central and easy to get to everything with lots of options for the Metro. There are heaps of lovely restaurants nearby, with lots of options for breakfast if you don’t eat at the hotel. Great value for money - we had two rooms as a family of 4 and although they were not interconnecting (the hotel doesn’t have any), the staff put us in a corner, so we were right next to each other and away from the main corridor. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Great central location, glad there was air con in the room after a long day of walking around, staff really helpful in arranging taxi back to the airport, didn’t have breakfast but the dining room looked nice

レセプションの隣に無料の飲み水が提供されているのは便利です。

The location of the hotel is good. But overall the hotel need to have some renovation and room is not possible for 2 person it is max only 1 person.

Nice hotel in a good location, very central. Comfortable room and we had 3 balconies on top floor so nice views

Great location and perfect accommodation for first time visitors

Eigentlich hätte ich volle Punktzahl gegeben. An einem Abend stand plötzlich ein fremder Mann in unserem Zimmer. Ein Fehler an der Rezeption. Das finde ich geht gar nicht.

Everything was beyond expectations. Very good breakfast, rooms ok, Air conidtioning very good, highly recommended for this price

水と炭酸水が無料で飲み放題なのが助かりました。
なぜかエレベーターが少し臭かったことを除けば特に問題はありません。

Hotel muy bien situado con boca de metro cerca.
El desayuno muy completo. Nos ha gustado mucho que ofrezcan en recepción un cañero de agua (fria, natural y con gas) y cafés e infusiones.
El personal muy amable.

2025年7月末に、家族で2泊しました。

■良かった点
・少し歩けば、いろんな系統のバス停も多くある
・外の音は、全く聞こえない
・炭酸水がフロント横で、飲み放題、ボトリングし放題
・朝食ビュッフェは、種類も豊富でかなり頑張っている
・卵料理、ベーコンはある　

■期待はずれな点
・室内にエアコンがあり作動するが、送風に近くて部屋が冷えることがない
・とにかく、エアコンの風が最悪レベルでカビ臭い、湿気がひどい
・初日は、生涯記憶に残る寝苦しさがありました
※2日目からは、部屋の窓をフルオープンしたため
・外気の方がよほど涼しく、エアコンの臭さも吹き飛ばしてくれる
・2泊目は、エアコンを停止して、窓全開で寝たら快適
・部屋に冷蔵庫はなし
・ドライヤーは、音がうるさいだけで風量が伴っていない

Brilliant place to stay, it’s like a tardis, so much bigger than it seems. It was near everything, metro and buses 1 street away. It was bakingly hot in Paris (49 degrees) but the hotel was blissfully cool. The room was a good size for Paris (unless you spend thousands!). All the staff were so lovely

O hotel é bem localizado. O café da manhã é muito bom. A funcionária Rabia é muito simpática. Pena que não há estacionamento. O mais próximo fica ha 10min de caminhada e custa 42,30 euros. O quarto é pequeno, porém confortável, vale pela localização.

The drain in the shower was not working. We stayed for 2 nights and for both nights we couldn’t take decent showers. The water goes down the drain very slowly, causing overflows to the bathroom floor. We had to take many pauses during the shower to allow the water to go down, so that the bathroom don’t get totally flooded. We spoke to the concierge after the first night. The concierge staff was very friendly and accommodating, but they couldn’t resolve the issue as the plumber was not working that day.

Overall the hotel is good quality with very nice staff, but the issue with the shower drain really soured the experience.

Fue agradable la estancia, personal amable, la habitación con techo muy bajo, en gran parte de la habitación el té ho estaba inclinado causando que no se pueda caminar por todo el espacio cómodamente, al abrir la puerta de entrada esta rozaba la cama.

We had a twin bed room and it was surprisingly a good size. We liked that the windows opened to the fresh air. The room was cute bathroom had great water pressure. The complementary coffee tea and cold water were convenient. The location was steps away from pastry shops. Cafes and other nicer dinner options. The metro was also 2 blocks away. Very pleased with property and stay.

Bed was too big for a small room. Difficult to maneuver around and made getting to bathroom annoying.
Tub was stopped up for my first use but very kind maid fixed it for me and was fine thereafter.
Staff was very good and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Would definitely stay again! Very nice and clean and safe. Such a good area with lots of restaurants and close to subway. Did not have a fridge or microwave.

I was disappointed to be told that the air con is not switched on over the winter; wasn’t a massive issue in the end as we left the windows open to get fresh air in. But certainly could be a problem on very warm spring days.

Staff were very friendly and really tried to help.

Rooms are very small. In one of the rooms (610), the door barely opens as the bed is very close to it. The sixth floor rooms we had also have very low ceiling, anyone over 1m80 will struggle to have a shower.

Breakfast selection was ok but the cooked breakfast really wasn’t very nice.

Overall they try but the primary advantage is the location, it’s amazingly central and well connected in a great neighbourhood. Otherwise it’s a 2 star hotel that’s massively over priced.
