Calme , propre et personnels très agréable.
We were charged over €500 for a room for two using Expedia for an online booking. We arrived to see that the room-tariff for exactly the same booking was only €49 for that same night. We had to pay upfront to secure the booking and the Expedia website stayed this was the only remaining room. When we checked in, we asked and were told there were many rooms empty and available for that night
The hotel has good facilitiesfor a budget level, gym, bar, restaurant, games and lounge. Staff were very pleasant. We didnt expext the restaurant to be open but as they had a group booking they let us eat too. We didnt like the fact that they allow and encourage smoking in the stairwells or that thete is major building work ongoing that starts early in the morning.

Chambre correcte avec vue sur un parking Leclerc.
Point négatif côté service: on nous a donné une carte magnétique qui n’ouvrait pas notre porte, et seulement une carte au lieu de deux. Nous avons dû retourner à l’accueil pour qu’ils programment la carte à nouveau, pas cool après un long voyage en voiture.
Côté salle de bain, c’est à revoir. La chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas très bien et la douche était très étroite et fuyait : nous avons dû utiliser une des trois serviettes pour éponger et nous n’avions plus que deux serviettes pour deux…

Quel plaisir de trouver une équipe si accueillante, souriante, attentive et naturelle ! Un vrai bonheur.
Il s’agit de mon deuxième séjour avec 2 équipes différentes. Et dans les deux cas, qu’il s’agisse du personnel d’accueil ou du bar/restaurant, le verdict est le même….une vraie bouffée d’oxygène !

Easy access, plenty of parking space, good sleep, friendly staff.
Dated bathroom. Carpet on first floor needs replacement. Lift out of order.

We stop regularly at this hotel when travelling from the UK to our home in France via Brittany Ferries service to Caen. This time, arriving at 22h45, our check-in was fast and welcoming, parking was easy, and our room spotless and newly refurbished. After a good night in the big comfortable bed, breakfast was ample and of good quality. We will be back!
