Very nice resort, lots of activities to do for little kids. My 8 year old enjoyed riding the pony, riding the bikes, feeding the bunnies etc. My parents loved the place for its historical charm. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
We went during the peak season - during Christmas/New Year’s, so the staff was overwhelmed and service was slow at multiple occasions. This was still unexpected, given the cost of the stay.

The Savoy is a beautiful hotel with lovely gardens, which are also lit up at night.
We were in a chalet which was spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit basic.
Breakfast was decent enough.
Amazing stay and excellent hospitality from Adil and Raj Kumar and food was delicious. Garden is beautifully maintained, and the place was very relaxing.
Savoy made my trip to India that extra memorable especially after 6 years. From the rooms to the hospitality of the staff, everything was well taken care of for me and my family. Special mention to Raj Kumar, Saabarish, and other staff member who i unfortunately can’t remember the names of, they went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable in our stay. Savoy will be our default choice of stay when we return back to Ooty.
Stay was very pleasant. I should point out the excellent service of Mr Raj kumar in the dining hall. Took care of us during the dinner n breakfast. Very amiable and pleasant. Hope Tak continues to nurture people like him everywhere

Very friendly and helpful staff. The activties provided in the hotel for children were amazing. The only thing that can be inproved is the variety for breakfast. Yhe food for lunch, hi-tea and dinner has been excellent and the rooms are also very clean and cozy. Perfect for the cold weather in Ooty.
