In the Savoy restaurant the service, guidance, advice as to the choices of food was praiseworthy with maximum credit to Priya mondal, assisted by anwesha and ably guided by Mr. Santosh Kumar , Leader of the restaurant and needles to say,
the food was extremely delicious and my special regards to Mr Nathan, who prepared excellent Chinese chicken fried .
Last but not the least, I think that Ms Sharmila Ramesh was extremely courteous, cooperating forthcoming and in my assessment is a great asset to the organization along with Ms Priya who has offered great service 🐕🦺
It was a very good experience. The hotel staff is very caring and welcoming. A special thank you to Raj Kumar for his good recommendations. The view is very nice and the garden and flowers are very beautiful. A place to relax in Ooty soaked in the British ambience with an Indian twist.
Mr bharathi was very engaging and had us planned for the entire day. Mr. Rajkumar gave us good food service. And all the food service staff were incredible and friendly. Coming back with my entire family again. Thank you

The approach to Savoy is a bit of surprisingly unassuming but as you cross the main gate the warmth and heritage old charm of the 200 yr old oasis engulfs you. All staff members including Manager Sharmila and security personnel gave a hearty welcome. The heated floor rooms with small sitout area and living room were just perfect. The curated menu at Savoy and our server Mr.Raj were a perfect combination. Raj was extremely courteous at all the times. His warm smile left a mark on our hearts as did the food on our pallette. I must mention that Savoy has everything that you can ask for on a holiday - be it solo trip or with family. The daily bonfire, all the activities (including duck and rabbit feeding) the indoor games (chess, ludo, table tennis) made the stay all the more engaging.
It is always pleasant to come back to savoy.. it is a beautiful place with good atmosphere around and warm welcome from taj staff ..
