The cottages are absolutely stunning—spacious, cozy, and tastefully designed with vintage touches. Waking up to the crisp Ooty air and the tranquil surroundings was an experience in itself. The fireplaces added a special warmth, making evenings incredibly relaxing.

The hospitality truly stood out. The staff were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Every small detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made us feel genuinely welcomed.

The food deserves a special mention—delicious, well-curated, and reflective of both local and global flavors. Dining in such a charming, old-world setting made the experience even more memorable.Raj Kumar at the dining area deserves special mention . He took utmost care for our comfort.
The chef Kanagaraj made sugar free desserts specially for my mother in law who is a diabetic .

A special place.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Savoy Hotel Ooty, the accommodation, food and service were all excellent and Ooty itself is a very special place. A special mention to Raj Kumar, who looked after us on several occasions, especially at breakfast. He was attentive, courteous, and consistently professional. What stood out was his genuine warmth—he took the time to chat when appropriate and shared a little about his family, which added a personal touch without ever being intrusive. A great example of thoughtful, guest-focused service.

Wonderful
Pros:

We particularly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Savoy. What was especially enchanting was the possibility of having a fireplace in the room — it was truly wonderful. The staff was lovely, with a special mention for Raj Kumar. There was also the opportunity to purchase embroidery made by women of the Toda tribe from the Nilgiris, and the food is truly delicious. The location is also ideal — you are close to all the main attractions of Ooty and can reach them very quickly. We will most probably return !

Great stay at Savoys
Pros:

We had a great experience in Savoy, Ooty. It's a heritage property with an old-school touch, but all the modern amenities made our stay very comfortable. Hospitality was top notch as well. Special mention for Raj Kumar from the food and beverages section who always served us with a smile on his face and took care of all our needs.

Pros:

We had a two night stay in The Savoy, Ooty. It was a wonderful visit, with a comfortable room and very friendly staff. Our experience of the Canterbury Bar and dining room was made all the more pleasurable by Raj who looked after us in an extremely friendly and professional manner. Compliments to the chef also…… the food was delicious and made the stay at the hotel all the more pleasurable.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Mr Rajkumar is a very friendly and disciplined person over there. Overall property is excellent and moreover the only thing I enjoyed in Ooty. Serene, calm, peaceful and enjoyable. Mr Raj cared about petty things from breakfast to little tastes. Thanks for the hospitality sir. Go for it guys! 🫶🫶

Pros:

The charm of the property, the food, the staff. Love the history behind the place. The staff genuinely care about all the guests. Jonty, Chandana, Sebastian and absolutely everyone else deserve a mention. The food and activities are fairly priced too. All little things are taken care of. The prson who made us play games in the evenings was so much fun and got everyone involved. Top place!

Maybe the water heater can give a better stream of hot water for longer.
