The hallway wasn't smelling fresh

It first started when I called the hotel to let them know that I was checking in very late around 4am due to a family emergency and that I was not getting on the highway until after 11pm the front desk clerk let me know that if I was not there by 3am I would not be able to check in due to the night audit closes at 3am. I had never heard of such especially if my reservation was from Friday to Sunday. She put me on hold to call her manager. After being on hold for 10 to 15 minutes she came back on the line to let me know that I can check in when I arrive I would just have to cancel my reservation and make a new reservation with the new time of check in due to me not paying in full or partial paid on the website and that I also did it through a third party. I was not happy with the situation but I took it due to not having anywhere to stay when I arrived. When I checked in and went to the room it was not the correct room, and the gentlemen at the front desk told me that that was the room that Booking.com had sent them but I had to stay I that room for the night and they could give me a different room the next day. I had to leave the hotel and drive 30 minutes away to a Airbnb that my daughter and her other team mate on the basketball team were staying at just so that they could get a good night sleep before the tournament. When I arrived back at the hotel my friend and I hurried up and took a shower and went to bed. The next morning my friend went to the main hotel in the next building to ask for more towels for our room (Mind you we only had 1 large towel and 2 small towels in the room when we checked in that night). The young lady at the desk was rude and told my friend that she had to ask housekeeping for more towels(how do we know who the house keeping staff were). After 10 minutes of waiting for towels we were able to take a shower and head over to the gym. I stay at Holiday INN a lot due to my daughter playing AAU Travel Ball and never had this issue.

駐車場の出る方法がよくわからなかった。友達にゲートの入り口でパスワード入れてもらい出れた。1人で宿泊してたら困る

Receptionist seemed indifferent.

Lo que no me gusto es que el shuttle desde el aeropuerto no funcionara la 24 horas. Por temas de retraso, mi vuelo llego mucho mas tarde, un poco despues de media noche. Al llamar para que me recogieron, me dijeron que el shuttle no funcionaba despues de media noche, aun cuando en la pagina de booking dicen que es 24h. Por lo tuve que pagar alrededor de 60$ por un uber. Si hubiera sabido eso consideraba otro hotel, ya que pague por el uber casi el 80% de lo del hotel. Este hotel tiene el baño separado, es decir de un lado la ducha con el servicio, y el lavamanos en otra seccion.

The room did not look like the one pictured online. The bed was lumpy and the bathroom tile and tub were chipped.

Fitness center floor needs a decent cleaning.
