Muy cómodo, pero tenía reservacion hecha por la app y pagada y al llegar al hotel se ne cobro de nuevo, dijeron que el pago por la app no contaba. Asi que pague la habitación 2 veces

Pagar en la app y que en el hotel dijeran qué no contaba ese pago, y pagar 2 veces, muy mal trato del personal del hotel purs no respetan el reservado

Pésimo servicio y no ayudan en nada a resolver incidencias en las reservas. Viajé desde España y no recomiendo alojaros en este Hotel. Hay otras muchas opciones en la zona, con buena atención, limpios y muy cómodos.

Cons:

Nada me ha gustado, pésimo servicio del personal. No recomiendo.

Excelente Ubicación, lo recomiendo.
Pros:

Habitaciones amplias, excelente ubicación, puedes ir caminando al centro histórico, es una zona segura.

Cons:

Había poco personal para dar el servicio a la habitación, no me gustó tener que bajar a la recepción en pijamas por una toalla.

La ubicación pues esta muy cerca de bellas artes, y de la estación del metro Juárez. A diario realizan la limpieza y eso es genial. Guardaron mi equipaje después del check out, lo cual siempre se agradece.

Cons:

Quizá el único pero es la cantidad enorme qje se hospeda, razón por la cual hallar disponible ele elevador puede ser difícil.
