Excellent séjour au Pullman en famille

Le personnel de cet hôtel est incroyablement humain et disponible pour les clients de l’hôtel.
Je tiens à valoriser le travail et le professionnalisme de Abdelnbi, ainsi que toute son équipe qui a su être à l’écoute et disponible pour toute notre famille.
Également à valoriser la disponibilité des personnes à l’accueil ainsi que Abdellah le bagagiste qui ont pris soin de nous en adaptant la chambre à notre famille.

Cons:

Certains détails concernant la finition de la salle de bain (plinthes qui se décollent ou carreaux abîmés) ou dans la piscine (carreaux cassés) devraient être revus afin de parfaire le niveau de finition de l’hôtel.

Également, à noter qu’un petit verre de thé ou de limonade aurait pu être offert à l’arrivée durant l’attente du check-in et en guise de bienvenue à l’hôtel.

Il aurait été important de proposer des activités en famille comme des sorties à cheval ou balade en buggy ou quad, afin de nous orienter sur des activités pour nous occuper en famille.
