Jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage mitten in Petit France.
Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Wir durften das Zimmer schon 2 Stunden vor der offiziellen Check- In- Zeit beziehen, weil es bereits fertig war.
Ines und ihr Team haben uns mit einem tollen Frühstücksbuffet einen guten Start in den Tag bereitet. Es gab eine große Auswahl und es wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt.
Besonders toll fanden wir das Angebot, sich im Foyer tagsüber kostenlos an Wasser und Kaffee zu bedienen, nachmittags wurden auch noch Süßigkeiten und Kuchen dazu gestellt.
Sogar nach unserem Check- Out durften wir das noch bis abends genießen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer (Superior 2Bett) war etwas abgewohnt, Schrank und Fußboden mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren und Macken. WSuenn man statt der Dusche eine Badewanne im Zimmer wollte, hätte man das beim Check - In sagen müssen. War für uns jetzt kein Problem, aber sollte man wissen.
Und die ruhige Seitenstraße, zu der das Zimmer liegt, ist nicht ruhig! Mit geschlossenen Fenstern geht es, aber morgens fährt der Lieferverkehr und abends sind es die Restaurants und die vielen lauten Menschen.
Das ist halt die Kehrseite der zentralen Lage.

J'ai tenu à évaluer cet hôtel car j'étais très agréablement surpris, un petit 4 étoiles qui a tout d'un grand .
Personnels très professionnelles, accueillants et a votre services avec le sourire .

Un week-end en amoureux parfait.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement dans le cadre d’un week-end en couple sur Strasbourg.

L’accueil a notre arrivée était vraiment chaleureuse et agréable. J’ai pourtant l’habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels mais là le monsieur était vraiment au top et nous le remercions encore pour ses précieux conseils.

Bonne surprise en plus car nous avons été surclassé. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le calme et la tranquillité en sachant que l’hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville ! L’établissement est une vielle bâtisse typique de la région qui a su garder son cachet et son charme.

Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, lors de notre dernière journée nous étions les bienvenus si nous le souhaitions pour nous installer dans le salon confortable et prendre des cafés ou thé gracieusement.

Un excellent séjour et nous remercions encore vraiment l’équipe de cet établissement.

Le parking de l’hôtel était fermée l’hôtel nous a donc conseiller de nous garer au parking à 5 minutes à pied et nous avons eux un bon de réduction de 50% pour la parking * celui ci est seulement valable si le parking vos plus de 28€* ce qui reste très raisonnable pour l’emplacement cela revient à 14€ pour 24h de parking

Cons:

Le seul bémol c’est la douche pas assez de pression et soit trop chaud ou trop froid il faut un peut de temps pour arriver à la juste température

Durch den Rezeptionisten und die tolle Lage des Hotel wurde ich wieder kommen

Der Rezeptionist war einfach so unfassbar freundlich.. dass hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit lies vorallem im Badezimmer zu wünschen übrig. Im Badezimmer waren deutlich alte Kalkablagerungen sichtbar.

Perfekte Lage und gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt zwischen Petite France und Kathedrale an der Grand Rue. Viele Lokale in der direkten Umgebung. Der Hauptbahnhof ist auch Fußläufig erreichbar. Super Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Ich hatte das Gefühl mein Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber. Dazu noch kleinere Sachen wie ein fehlender Kleiderhaken für die Jacke und fehlende Mülltüten. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau...

Gute Lage, aber mangelnder Komfort

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten im Trubel, dennoch bekommt man davon im Zimmer nichts mit, weil die Fenster schallisoliert sind. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Reichhaltige Auswahl, netter Service.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung war mager und wenig durchdacht. So gab es keine Couch oder bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnbereich, praktisch keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, die Beleuchtung war katweiß und 2 Tischlampen funktionierten gar nicht und im Badezimmer war der Seifenspender einen guten halben Meter vom Waschbecken entfernt angebracht. Mir würden noch ein paar Beispiele einfallen, - kurzum: der Komfort ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben es nicht genossen, im Zimmer zu verweilen. Bei 200€ inkl. Frühstück für die Nacht kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
