It was generally fine. I would certainly consider staying there again if I returned to Strasbourg.
Pros:

The location was excellent, breakfast was fine, the room was spacious and well-lit in the evening. A comfortable bed, and I slept well.

Cons:

There were little niggly things. The toilet flush did not work properly. There was a bit of wallpaper torn off in one place. One of the bathroom fitments was broken, although it did not stop anything working.

Perfect location!!!
Pros:

Everything was exactly as the hotel was presented. The hosting was wonderful and the entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Everything was perfect from start to finish. What I loved the most was the location, on the most charming street, right next to Petit France and close to everything. I would choose it every single time. Keep up the good job!

Mooi hotel midden in Straatburg, prima ontbijt.
Pros:

Mooi hotel in het centrum van Straatsburg. Ruime kamer met goed comfort. Uitstekend ontbijt, behulpzame receptie. Parkeergarage in de buurt.

Cons:

De airco werkte niet, met een buitentemperatuur van 15C werd het ons te warm. De parkeergarage was lastig te bereiken door allerlei wegwerkzaamheden en eenrichtingverkeer.

Excellent location, great price, friendly staff, clean & comfortable
Pros:

Location was excellent- short walk to train station and in the centre of everything

Cons:

With the windows open at night it was a bit noisy

Hotel muy bien situado , con unas habitaciones grandes y comodísimas ,, y amables .
Pros:

La habitación mia era una doble superior creo y era muy grande , muy cómoda y muy bonita , preciosa y el cuarto de baño era muy grande y cómodo.Tambien me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, al lado del centro , muy cerca de la Catedral , de una plaza muy grande y al lado una calle con tiendas de lujo de Estrasburgo .También me gustó mucho que había una maquina de café , y muchas veces dejaban bollitos , curasans pequeños , cosas para desayunar y merendar , la máquina era de café y yo les pedía leche y me la traían , porque yo tomo café con leche y fueron muy amables .Y uno de las que estaban en recepción me ayudó a reservar en otro hotel que yo había elegido y yo no podía hacerlo , ya que me quería quedar más tiempo en Estrasburgo y en este hotel no había habitación .

Cons:

No me gustó que les dije que me hicieran la cama , debía tener prisa y no me cambió las sábanas y la dejo toda deshecha y luego la tuve que hacer yo entera
Y que a veces me dejaban toallas sucias y no las cambiaban

Deuxième séjour réussi.
Pros:

C'était notre deuxiéme séjour dans cet hôtel et c'était aussi réussi que la première fois. L'emplacement est idéal. L'équipe est souriante et prévenante. Nous y avons passé une nuit calme et reposante.

Vraiment agréable. Je recommande.
Pros:

Personnel très aimable et aidant, la chambre nickel, petite tablette pour travailler, le petit déjeuner est vraiment varié, sucré + salé, même des légumes! Joli décor dans la salle de petit déjeuner.
