Alles außer Reinigung

Cons:

Die Reinigung war nicht gut. Wir kamen um 15:30 Uhr zurück und das Zimmer war noch nicht gereinigt. Wir haben gesehen, dass die Reinigungskraft im Nebenzimmer war, aber wir wollten uns ausruhen. Um diese Uhrzeit sollte das Zimmer jedoch bereits sauber gewesen sein.

Merkezi, güvenilir, temiz, çözüm odaklı bir konaklama
Pros:

Tesiste iki gece konakladık, konumu harika. Resepsiyondakiler güler yüzlü. Lobide her zaman için ücretsiz su, temiz şişe ve bardak mevcut. Güzel bir kahve makinesi var, gene ücretsiz şekilde kahve içebiliyorsunuz. Otantik bir otel, tarihi doku korunmuş. İlk gün banyodan çıkarken kapının bozuk olduğunu farkettik, biraz uğraş sonrası banyodan çıkabildim. Resepsiyona bu durumu bildirdik ve çok hızlı bir şekilde çözüm ürettiler. Odamızı yükseltip 4 kişilik odaya geçebileceğimiz söylediler ve süre konusunda bizi sıkıştırmadılar. Bu jest çok hoşumuza gitti. Teşekkürler !

Cons:

3 kişilik odada yatağın başucunda priz yok. Eşimin uyku apnesi var ve cihazla uyuyor. Yatakta ters yatarak televizyonun prizini kullanmayı planlamıştık. Fakat şimdi farkediyoruz ki bu durumu bildirsek, bu problemimize de çözüm üretirlerdi :)

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt, ungefähr auf halben Weg vom Bahnhof zur Kathedrale (jeweils ca. 8 Minuten), teils in einem alten und gut renovierten Fachwerkhaus. Es war gut geheizt. Das Personl war freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück zeichnet sich durch Reichhaltigkeit aus.

Cons:

Leider erst am letzten Tag fiel mir auf, wieviel Staub sich unter dem Bett angesammelt hatte, was darauf schließenlässt, dass während meines Aufenthaltes dort nie gereinigt wurde. Das Zimmer ist mit einem queensize Doppelbett ausgestattet und damit ist sogut wie der gesamte Raum gefüllt. Auch das Badezimmer erinnert eher an das Format eines Puppenhauses. Wie zwei Personen samt Gepäck auf diesem geringen Raum länger als eine Nacht aushalten können, ist mir schleierhaft. Dafür dann rund €110.- pro Nacht zu verlangen ist schon schwer begründbar.

La ubicación es estratégica y relativamente cerca de la estación de trenes. El trato del personal muy bueno, pues siempre nos trataron de entender nuestro español. Volvería otra vez!

La habitación un poco pequeña, si se llevan muchas valijas. Pero nos arreglamos bien.

Hôtel très bien placé au coeur de la ville et personnel sympa.

Cons:

La chambre ne ressemble pas du tout aux jolies photos mises en avant. C'est fonctionnel mais sans charme et daté. Ayant choisi cet établissement pour le cachet et les photos colorées, j'étais vraiment déçue par cet aspect.
