Pros:

Easy to find and access. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, modern, high quality staff, large and comfortable room, good quality/cost ratio. I needed to buy the pass to cross Golden Gate bridge, and the staff made it for me in no time.

Good value and very nice staff.
Pros:

Newly renovated rooms that were nice and clean. The bed was not super comfortable but I am also picky. It was great that they had EV charging on the property.

Cons:

Nothing that I didn’t like about the room. The EV charging was expensive as compared to superchargers.

An A Plus Best Western
Pros:

Beautifully decorated hotel, lovely surroundings (backs into a hill and I saw a doe and her baby out of my window 2 evenings in a row) warm and welcoming people, generous breakfast, great amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness room, reading nook), very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. I was alone in an 2 queen room but 4 people could have slept there comfortably. Nice furnishings. All in all, highly recommended.

Great value for clean, comfortable and spacious accomodations.
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located to our conference location, dining and hiking. The included breakfast 🥞 included many options including fresh fruit like apples and bananas. The staff was very nice, especially the morning crew. The room was spacious and I really enjoyed seeing deer and birds of prey out on my balcony and on the property.

Cons:

The room was always reset to a very low uncomfortable temperature, this also wastes electricity.

The front lady was amazing I felt like i was home away from home.

Cons:

The light in our room kept flickering and one of the pillows looked to have had blood on it. But , aside from that no complaints.

A cut above standard Best Western Plus
Pros:

From the moment we walked into the Best Western Plus Novato Oaks Inn, we could tell that it had the feel of a luxury hotel. The lobby area had tasteful seating, including a library nook. The staff was welcoming & helpful, offering to store our luggage until a room could be secured at check-in time. Our room was spacious & included a balcony. The breakfast buffet was ample & delicious. The pool area was abit like a resort - pool, spa, firepit, table tennis & other seating areas. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer than 1 night!

Great Value for a Great stay. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was great, with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, muffins, yogurt, bagels, etc. The room was like new!

Cons:

We were pleasantly surprised by the value. No complaints at all.

Wonderful stay! Very relaxing and clean hotel with staff that taking the experience to the next level!
Pros:

The staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Cons:

Check in time is 4pm, which is a little late, but the staff went out of there way to get are rooms done early for us so we could attend a concert we were attending.
