Comfortable stay
Pros:

Easy access off the freeway. Property well kept and rooms very clean and quiet. Breakfast has a nice variety of hot and cold items. Area is kept clean and watched over by service people. Ample outdoor parking. Covered indoor parking would make it excellent.

Great Place on The Way to Wine Country
Pros:

Excellent experience at a great property and price. Well maintained, fresh, well designed rooms. Excellent staff. Really nice breakfast selections. Will definitely go back when we're in the area.

This was my 2nd stay of 1 week each. I came back and will be returning soon.
Pros:

Facility was clean and fresh. Parking lot was well lit at night with plenty of spaces--important for a woman alone. Free breakfast was excellent--good food and amazing variety. very nice staff at the desk. Price was right. Clean and well-maintained. Nice decor. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

The breakfast was good, as usual and the location is very convenient for me.

Cons:

I had to switch rooms twice because the first 2 rooms smelled so badly- like mold and mildew. The layout of the hotel is confusing and the front desk clerk became quite rude when I asked her for help to show me my room. I have stayed here many times alone and with my son. There was a ln issue with billing on my stay before last, the hotel’s fault, and I was told that I am not allowed to stay at the hotel anymore. I was completely shocked, and still am and honestly cannot believe this!! I think this is violently unfair!

Breakfast was typical for a hotel that provides breakfast. It was clean and easy to manage.

What I really liked was the room. Everything I needed was in the room. Enough outlets and towels. There was an iron/board in the room and a hair dryer. It was simple and lovely. In addition to the small fridge was a microwave and the coffee maker was a K-cup machine. I was able to easily turn the air conditioning off. I do not like a room without the ability to get fresh air. The windows opened, and that was a huge plus in that I like fresh air when I sleep.

Cons:

There was some noise one night from a group that was in the room below me. It shortly ended after I called to staff to ask about it.

If I need to stay in the area, I hope this place has vacancy. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Great hotel for business travelers
Pros:

This was my first time staying at the Best Western Novato Inn and I have to say I was completely satisfied. I am a solo business traveler (female) so safety was my number one priority when choosing this particular hotel. Although the hotel sits up on a hillside, the parking lot and pathways were well-lit. I had dinner at the restaurant next door and walked to and from just fine, always felt safe. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the other guests were polite and mindful of noise. This seems to be a hotel that regularly books business travelers which is convenient for me as the amenities are perfect for that. Internet speed was fast so I could utilize my work easily. I chose the King Deluxe room, and it exceeded my expectations. Very big, bright room, bathroom was huge. Very, Very Clean. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and I could tell the room was thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. The bed was comfy for being a spring mattress. All in all, a great stay and I will book again.
