A complete experience to start the day: our Breakfast Box includes a selection of sweets such as croissants, pancakes with Nutella, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals and a chocolate bar. In the savory section, you will find nuts, York and Iberian ham, and white and wholemeal bread, along with butter, jam, EVOO and crushed tomatoes. To accompany it there will be a juice, flavored water or a detox drink. Everything is ready to take away and enjoy wherever you prefer. You will find it in single and double versions.
In case of intolerances/allergies, please contact the hotel.
Vegetarian options on request.

It is not what is advertised. Just bad hotel, good people.

Just what I needed
Pros:

Staff was so helpful and location was amazing!! Would absolutely stay here again for the cookies they give you at check in also :) plenty of options for food and things to do at most hours!

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, ładne wnętrza, przytulnie. Super lokalizacja.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysto. Super, że kawa jest do dyspozycji przez cały czas. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Plus za możliwość wyłączenia klimatyzacji - nie w każdym hotelu jest to możliwe. Dobra kawiarnia tuż obok, można z samego rana wyskoczyć na kawę.

Cons:

Personel mógłby się lepiej komunikować ze sobą i wypracować jednolity proces. Np. przyjechałyśmy przed godziną zameldowania i tu plus za możliwość zostawienia bagażu. Dokonałam check-inu online, ale i tak przeszliśmy cały proces meldowania. Zamiast załatwić wszystko od razu (płatność), po ponownym przyjściu znów cały proces od początku (sprawdzanie dowodów, dopiero płatność itd.). Podobnie z fakturą. Nie jest to wielki problem, ale mogłoby działać lepiej.

Good hotel if you get a room with functioning aircon
Pros:

It was a well located property in the Gothic Quarter. Good size rooms. Provided luggage storage and free coffee/tea and snacks in the lobby. There’s also a small gym. The lobby is modern. Helpful staff.

Cons:

The rooms are tired and need a renovation. The first room we were in was on the 4th floor (408) and the air conditioning did not work at all and was leaking into the lights above the shower which is a serious electrical hazard. It was very hot and the front desk offered us fans but unfortunately it didn’t help. Later that day, the front desk said there was a cancellation and we could move to another room on the 1st floor and the air conditioning worked in that room and it was significantly more comfortable.
