I would definitely be happy ta stay there again.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was excellent and room was spacious and quiet. I also enjoyed making coffee and tea in my room and using sauna in the evening. Location in the centre is also very comfortable.

Cons:

In the bathroom there could be bath curtain in addition to a narrow glass wall to avoid water splashing into the bathroom floor.

Cons:

The experience started poorly at check-in, as the receptionist was not cooperative and her attitude was unwelcoming. Basic questions were not answered clearly, and I had to repeat myself multiple times to get assistance.

As for the room, it was disappointing. The bed headboard (leather) was damaged and peeling in several areas, which is unacceptable in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. I have attached photos showing this issue.

The main problem was the curtains, which did not close fully, allowing light to enter the room constantly. This had a direct impact on sleep quality and overall comfort.

On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. However, this does not make up for the poor service and the condition of the room.

Overall, there is a clear gap between the photos shown during booking and the actual reality. The hotel needs significant improvement in both maintenance and service quality.

Such a lovely hotel and great staff
Pros:

I really enjoyed my time here, the staff were friendly and was was always greeted on passing reception and at breakfast. Breakfast itself had a great choice and was lovely. The location is fabulous and only a few minutes walk from the central station and shops. The area felt safe and I did not hesitate to walk back late to the hotel. Just fabulous

Pros:

Location very good, walking distance from Central Station, buses around, in the middle of the center not far away from the shore. Nice personnel and clean rooms. For business and for family stay recommended.
