Pros:

Location is excellent, the room is very nice

Cons:

Despite that we paid upon checkin with our credit card (and the amount was correctly paid), the hotel tries to charge our credit card a second time via booking com and marked our stay as "unpaid" which is not true! Is this a new kind of scam? Be aware!!!
Also we need to park our car far away in a public parking, despite that the hotel has own parking in the underground, but they didn't offer to us. We would have been happy to use this even with extra payment.

Çok keyifli bir otel ve tatil
Pros:

Öncelikle konum ve kahvaltı çok ama çok güzel. Oda ve yatak konforu da gayet iyi. Puan kıracaksam sadece resepsiyon çalışanlarından kırabilirim. Bir daha gidersem kesinlikle yine bu otelde kalırım.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr nah zum Zentrum. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte ein angenehmes Atmoshpere, elegante Möblierung und sehr ruhige Lage.

Cons:

The hotel is amazing just dont book it through booking.com, they show incorrect information. I booked a room with breakfast as shown on app however when i received confirmation it did not have breakfast included + their customer support did not respond to multiple questions so stay away from booking.com

I was charged an additional amount of €20.00 for so called “early check in” when we arrived on the 1/May 2026 after

Cons:

Lack of warmth and honesty from the reception staff. No communication to inform guests if an “early check in fee” is acceptable for checking in before 1500L. We arrived after 1415L and were informed that the room was ready. We would be happy to wait if we had known there would be a charge without our knowledge and authorisation.
The reception staff had informed us that a parking space (as we had requested) was available with a discount but did not inform about the early check in charge unknown to us. A charge dispute has been raised to booking.com customer service.

Pilnai neintegruota kompiuterių sistema kuri šiektiek apsunkino check-in procesą ir vienu momentu negalejome įeiti i kambarį ir liftą. Buvo sunku susigaudyti kaip išjungti šoninę sieninę lemputę kuri trugdė miegui.
