Después de preguntar si usaban perfumes en las habitaciones ( somos asmáticos) nos dicen por teléfono que no hay ningún problema.
Hacemos la reserva por Booking y al momento nos escriben que no pueden alojarnos porque si usas perfumes en las habitaciones. En vez de cancelar ellos la reserva nos invitan a que lo hagamos nosotros por Booking. Todo esto para no hacerse responsable de la anulación y tener una penalización de Booking. Resultado, reserva perdida, dinero retenido hasta 12 días y gestionar otra reserva. Pésimo trato al cliente.
