Pros:

The room was fairly clean but could have used a good dusting and deep cleaning.

Cons:

The sheets and towels were extremely thin and not changed after 3 days. Had to request a change.

Dirty room, lazy cleaning staff, I have photos this room was full of construction dust, hair was in the tub, wet spot on night table, stains on towels and bedsheets toilet paper roll was not changed had less then a finger nail width left on the roll Kleenex holder was on the wall Kleenex were sticking out in different directions.

Microtel is definitely my go-to hotel for whenever I take time off from work and decide to stay in Duncan.
Pros:

Room was clean, breakfast was included, and alot of restaurants were within walking distance.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of so that’s a good thing.

It was good. The people are friendly but the guy at night does not lock the main entrance like he is suppose to
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful.

Cons:

The floors weren’t that clean. Need to mop more. They changed the sheets frequently but there were blood and make up stains on a few of the sheets.

Clean and a very good value I felt that for the money it was a very, very good value
Pros:

The location was good because I was going to the airport and it was only a 11 minute drive the next morning. It was close to restaurants and a gas station and convenience store, which works for me.. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The hot breakfast was biscuits and sausage gravy. I was hoping for perhaps some eggs and sausage or something. But anyway, I took a cup of coffee and a couple of chocolate muffins and I left with. I thought it was OK. It could’ve been a little bit better with like I said some eggs and sausage but overall, I was very pleased with the property.

Cons:

Well, the remote control that they had for the TV reset didn’t operate all the functions so I had to figure out and push the buttons on the TV itself to get the inputs correctly
