We appreciated the easy location off the highway, the clean rooms, the free breakfast, caring and professional staff, the quiet of this property and plenty of parking.
There really wasn’t anything objectionable at all!
There was a big leak in the bathroom that kept dripping in the toilet. I kept trying to get ahold of the front desk and they never answered.
As freeway hotels go, it was fine. At that inflated price, however, it was extremely disappointing. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my lifetime, all over the world, and that was probably the largest discrepancy I've ever paid for cost over quality. I grew up in the area and for the life of me cannot figure out why an aging Everett hotel near the freeway is charging more than some beautiful beachfront hotels I've stayed in. What is the draw? To be fair, other hotels in that bracket were similarly overpriced, but that doesn't make an overnight stay there any less disappointing. Rooms were meh - popcorn ceilings? and breakfast was meh. If the price had been reasonable it would have been fine. But the price was ridiculously inflated for reasons that will remain a mystery to me and my Everett resident friends, who were equally shocked at the price point.
#1 THE PRICE - absolutely absurd
2. It's an old hotel - popcorn ceilings, old fixtures, carpet, bathroom that has seen better days
3. The price
4. Staff was going through the motions and not very friendly
5. Did I mention the price?
Very nice
N/A
location, parking faclities and access to property building (outer doors)
Good service
Breakfast selection was great. Location to freeway perfect.
Clean up outside, ie..empty garbage. Needs new or cleaned carpet in hallways. Elevator needs attention kinda rickety.
Der Pool war sehr gut und die Zimmer sauber
Die Waschräume sind von 22.00-10.00 geschlossen und Snack Automaten konnten nur mit Bargeld genutzt werden.
Frühstück war okay
The website image of this property is receptive. The place needs an update. Fresh paint and carpet at minimum
The facility is in dire need of an upgrade, updated furniture and fixtures.
Location.
Super loud. Could hear kids and people all night in pool and hot tub. People walking in hallways all hours. People whistling at 5am in hallways. Sort of old and gross. Very very over priced… I’d call it a 1-2 star hotel
Connivence to the freeway! Free breakfast, free parking and the lobby smelled really good!
The look of the hotel rooms, felt more like a motel. Everything seems very outdated. I could tell the rooms were turned over quickly, the bathroom had hair from a previous guest on the ceiling and in the corners.
Breakfast was good. Enjoyed it. The potatoes were great.
I liked everything about my stay and would stay there again.
