Really great facilities, and beautiful location
It was dusty in places in the room
Second visit to shrigley .
Lovely place .
Wardrobe door rattled and the water flow was very slow .very expensive drinks !
Breakfast was very nice, all very tasty and cooked well.
The only thing was an inconvenience was the carpark being so far away, once I realised there was a side door short cut it wasn’t so bad. Would be useful if I was told this by staff( maybe a little info in the room around breakfast time etc)
It was the most beautiful stay I’ve ever had. The views around the hotel were breathtaking. we was greeted by the most loveliest lady. One of the best stays I’ve ever had! Breakfast was amazing. I could not recommend morw
Not a bad word to say
The price for what you get ripped carpets no fridge in room 1 toilet rollno rxtra pillow ir wardrobe
Amazing spa facilities
Room size was very good and a good layout as well
Unfortunately I have a cold now as the room was very very cold-, this is due to the fact that in the window on the roof, there was a towel. Stuffed into the gap where it's obviously been damaged or not completed properly and I could feel so much cold air from that throughout the night and it was above the bed. I showed the member of staff a picture I took of it at reception the next morning, so hopefully this issue will get rectified soon.
Was given an upgraded room which was stunning with amazing views .
The views and food
The room was horrible apparently it was an upgrade
Great location, friendly and helpful staff who made the stay very enjoyable
The history of the place
The spa
As a solo restaurant user, left the table to get some toast to come back and table was being cleared
Room was nice breakfast was ok, not much choice on eggs fried or nothing and not a lot of choice of fruit and yoghurt
Fruit choice for breakfast
So much promise
So little delivered.
It’s tired at best. Don’t expect wifi in your room, don’t expect a quiet night.
It was perfect.
Nothing.
The location and spa facilities
Outdated furniture. Evening meal not very good
