La colazione e il personale

Cons:

Inaccettabile un 4 stelle sapendo la mia ora di arrivo e considerando che era nevicato il giorno prima quindi ancora con la neve in strada, ripeto inaccettabile che il riscaldamento in camera fosse spento lo acceso io fra lal'ltro non funzionava, in camera e in bagno avevo 18°C
Mi hanno cambiato camera ma anche questa acceso il riscaldamento al momento in più i termosifoni del bagno si spengono ad una certa ora cosi se io voglio fare la doccia alle 6 di mattina la devo fare al freddo.
Non capiscono cosa pensano di risparmiare cosi perdono solo clienti

Pros:

Ottima posizione, proprio sulla via pedonale ma con accesso ai mezzi sulla strada parallela. Garage ( a pagamento) per le moto o auto. Camera spaziosa e pulizia, gentilissimo e disponibile lo staff. Ottimo Hotel.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé malgré le fait de se garer à 5 min.
Le personnel est francophone.
La salle de fitness est sobre mais pratique.
Le petit déjeuner est complet.
Arrivé plus tôt que prévu, nous avons pu intégrer nos chambres immédiatement.

Cons:

Credo che in un hotel la colazione debba essere compresa o comunque un po meno cara perche c è anche chi prende solo un caffè e non può pagare la stessa cifra di chi fa una colazione sostanziosa

Charmant hôtel dans le centre ville de Cuni
Pros:

Un accueil très sympathique, des chambres spacieuses et sans aucun bruit extérieur malgré la position ultra centrale de l'hôtel. Petit plus : des infusions et thés de qualité à disposition dans la chambre ainsi qu'au petit déjeuner.
