I always look forward to our stay here.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel are really friendly, helpful and polite. The location is perfect for the motorway being a stop off. We stay here every year.

Cons:

The rooms are a little dated, but well equipped.

Cons:

Location was bad, the only way to get to the city without using the car is taxi. No fridge in 4 star hotel. No A/C in the room. Very unpleasant separate bathroom with a bath instead of a shower. The room seems old. Staff and the organization of the restaurant/bar area is literally bad - staff does not remember orders, the place is surely understaffed for the amount of guests. The pizza at the bar costs 17 euros and it was literally worse than freezed pizza from a supermarket (wondering how is that even possible).

Μόνο το πρωινό αλλά όχι για 4άστερο ξενοδοχείο.

Cons:

Μείναμε για 2 βράδια 14-16 Αυγούστου 4 ενήλικες και ένα 3χρονο παιδί .Έχουμε ταξιδεύσει σε άπειρα ξενοδοχεία από 3 αστέρια μέχρι πέντε σε πολλές χώρες της Ευρώπης . Τα τέσσερα αστέρια που έχει το ξενοδοχείο δεν δικαιολογούνται για την τιμή και τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρει σύμφωνα με αυτά που ζήσαμε Βρώμικα σκεπάσματα , που μετά από 2 φορές ήταν ακόμη βρώμικα και μυρωδιά και τελικά την 3η φορά αναγκάστηκαν να το αλλάξουν με νέο καθαρό . Το νερό στο ντούς πότε κρύο πότε ζέστη \Αποπνικτική η μυρουδιά του δωματίου (μύριζε ποδαρίλα ). Γενικά ένα δωμάτιο πρόχειρα <<καθαρισμένο>>Το δωμάτιο το χρησιμοποιήσαμε αναγκαστικά μόνο για ύπνο. Τις υπόλοιπες ώρες ήμασταν εκτός. Η εξωτερική πισίνα (εξαιρετικά μικρή ) με λίγα άτομα γέμιζε. Δεν επαρκούσε για τους ενοίκους του ξενοδοχείου. 3-4 ξαπλώστρες για να εξυπηρετηθούμε. ΟΠΟΙΟΣ ΠΡΟΛΑΒΕ .Μάλλον έγινε για να πάρει το 4 αστέρι. Δεν είδα κάποιον να την καθαρίζει παρά μόνον το βράδυ σκεπαζόταν με ένα τύπου δίχτυ και στον πάτο μουσαμά και όχι πλακάκι . Τα ρούχα για την πισίνα δεν τα χρησιμοποιήσαμε ποτέ

De kamers zijn rumoerig en dringend aan renovatie toe!
De douche en wasbak liepen niet of nauwelijks door.
Er was veel lawaai van de snelweg

Bonjour,
Je suis arrivé à 22.00 suite à une journée de travail à Damme pour un mariage. Je travaille dans le secteur événementiel. On m'a informé que dès 21.00 les cuisines étaient fermées et la seule possibilité de se restaurer était des Noodles ... ou des chips.
On m'a informé que je pouvais moi même réaliser une commande en externe et de me faire livrer mais je n'avais plus la force ni l'envie de rentrer dans ce type de démarche.
Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, je trouve cela un peu court ...

Needs an upgrade
Pros:

The bed was ok. Brugge was amazing, but the hotel really upset us

Cons:

We chose this hotel due to them having a swimming pool, which the children were very excited about using. When we arrived the pool was closed and it was out of service due to a faulty pump. The kids were very upset.

The room was very dated. The showers was old and broken and leaking from the shower head, making the water go onto the wall and on.the floor. The room was dirty and it appeared that on certain areas of the wall chewing gun had been stuck. Very disappointing and unhygienic to say the least. The man on reception was helpful, but the issues with the pool and the room were a really disappointment and was not what we were expecting from the reviews and the pictures on the site.

To top it off the kettle was broken, and the cups in the room were plastic which would have made for a terrible cup of tea.

Pesimas instalaciones pero buen desayuno
Pros:

El desayuno muy correcto

Cons:

Piscina de agua mas turbia que el Rin. Habitación sin aire acondicionado y si abrías la ventana se oían los coches de la autopista que pasa al lado. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones eran muy viejas. La bañera era de plástico y parecía como si fuera la de un barco.

Perfecto para la familia
Pros:

La piscina para poder desconectar un rato después de hacer turismo, el desayuno y la habitación genial.

Cons:

Que siendo que es obligatorio ir en coche por su ubicación te cobren por el parking sabiendo que no hay para aparcar en km a la redonda.
