Clean hotel but some staffing issues
Pros:

Bar area, clean rooms

Cons:

Check out took too long (25 minutes) even though we had prepaid and had nothing to pay.
Waited 20 minutes for drinks in an empty bar.
Breakfast was very expensive with few hot options at 9.30am and no kitchen staff to ask for replacements.

Slightly disappointing considering it claims to be a 4 star but the bathrooms and bedrooms really didt reflect that.
Pros:

Good location for a motorway stopover. Breakfast was great and the leisure facilities looked like they’d be good once opened in the summer

Cons:

Bedrooms and en-suites are very tired and need serious investment to overhaul them with a proper refurbishment. I didn’t like being placed next to the bar & reception (room 20) as it was very noisy (internal door separating toilet from room helped as did ear plugs). The facilities in the rooms are very basic with 3 thin and flimsy plastic cups with no handle which were awful for tea and coffee - this could easily be improved.

Bellissima Struttura
Pros:

Immerso nel verde lo consiglio a tutti quelli che hanno un mezzo per spostarsi trovandosi a solo cinque minuti di auto da Bruges. Ottimo rapporto qualita/ prezzo.

Nice ambience in the hotel and in good settings and grounds.

Cons:

Was denied a dinner when arriving in the evening after driving all the way from the UK. The restaurant was already full, but the hotel advertised online that room service was available until midnight. This option for a pizza on room service was also denied to me, even though the restaurant closes at 9pm or so. Very disappointing that they wouldn't accommodate what they advertised on room service.

Kamer en badkamer verouderd maar opgeknapt.
Keuze restaurant beperkt maar ok voor 1 avond, wel lekker.

Kamer recht tegenover lift dus veel lawaai.
