Fui para um evento no Morumbis e a proximidade me levou ao hotel. Realmente muito próximo e com boas instalações. Academia boa.

Cons:

Infelizmente fui cobrado duas vezes pela mesma refeição. Caso não tivesse guardado o comprovante teria tido um problema. Foi resolvido mediante a apresentação do mesmo.

Barulho à noite, havia alguma convenção no hotel; estacionamento caro; localização boa apenas para quem vai ou vem da Marginal Pinheiros, senão voce se perde no confuso Morumbi; quarto sem instruções sobre internet, sem informações sobre horarios de checkin, checkout ou café da manhã; TV somente com canais abertos; banheiro apenas com shampoo, condicionador e um único frasco de sabonete líquido, ou seja, somente o básico mesmo; chuveiro com grandes variações bruscas de temperatura.

Cons:

Pedi um quarto com vista da Ponte Estaiada, mas vocês me colocaram num quarto que antes da ponte há um prédio boqueando a vista. Horrível e enorme falta de consideração ou treinamento quando havia muitos quartos disponíveis no mesmo andar. Falta de treinamento mínimo dos funcionários. Chuveiro apertadíssimo, parece um armário. Paguei caro, o funcionário me disse que tinha recebido upgrade, mas pareceu muito mas muito mais um downgrade. Finalmente não honrou o tratamento de cliente gold da All.
