Pros:

Localização, quarto com boas instalações, piscina, espaço de jogos, sala de ginástica 24h, café da manha de boa qualidade, cardápio para refeições muito bom.

Cons:

No início nao entendi como funcionava a tv e fui perguntar na recepção. Demorei para perceber o de estava o QR code com cardápio e serviços. Nao entendi quando da compra que nao tinha direito ao café da manha.

Decepção no atendimento

Tentei entrar em contato pelo telefone mas foi impossível, o WhatsApp não fornece a possibilidade de entrar em contato com nenhum atendente. Esqueci minha aliança no quarto do hotel, enviei mensagem assim que fiz o check out, mas não foi sequer respondida. Falta de consideração e respeito com o hospede.
