Disappointing for a 4-star hotel
Pros:

It met what we were looking for, which was a hotel close to Morumbi Stadium.
Overall, it’s a decent hotel to stay at, but it’s definitely not worth the price.

Cons:

The hotel was average. When I booked it, given the price we paid (and even after paying for an upgrade at check-in), I expected more. The room was quite standard, and the bathroom was small—something you wouldn’t expect from a 4-star hotel. The towels had stains; they weren’t dirty, but they showed old marks. This is definitely something that should be improved.

The breakfast was also fairly standard. We expected more for this type of hotel—greater variety—but instead it was similar to any typical hotel breakfast in Brazil. They invite you to order "tapiocas" and say they will bring them to your table, but this didn’t happen. You have to pick them up where they are being prepared, and in our case, the flavors were not the ones we selected.

Finally, we waited 25 minutes at the front desk to check in. They said the system was slow, but honestly, that’s an unreasonable and wasted amount of time. They didn’t even offer a coffee or a glass of water to make the wait more pleasant.

Overall, it’s a decent hotel to stay at, but it’s definitely not worth the price.

Ótimo hotel para família com crianças, inclusive com recreação (não sei se tem o ano todo). Equipe muito prestativa e atenciosa. Quarto confortável. Café da manhã muito bom com cardápio variado. Check-in e check-out muito rápido!

Cons:

Hotel já demonstra os sinais da idade das instações como desgaste da pintura, móveis gastos, interruptores com mal funcionamento, torneiras com jato de água fraco, porém ainda não esta comprometendo o conforto, mas é um ponto de atenção para a equipe de manutenção.
