Venu pour mon anniversaire avec mon épouse l'épisode Novotel n'est pas un bon souvenir.
Pros:

Belle vitrine : beaux bâtiments, belles salles, belle chambre... mais...

Cons:

Souper au bar correct mais 45' pour avoir un petit dessert, un stagiaire parlant peu le français seul au bar pour gérer les touristes présents. Chambre 254, jusque 3h du matin portes qui claquent, déplacement de mobilier... probablement rangement suite à la réception de mariage. Bref mauvaise nuit ! 9h10 PDJ, personne pour accueillir, quasi toutes les tables non débarrassées, machines à café en panne, pas de viennoiseries... Juste 2 membres du personnel pour tout gérer, j'étais peiné pour eux ce n'est pas admissible. Au départ erreur dans l'addition et immense flaque d'eau pour sortir du parking... en moto cela n'avait rien d'amusant.

Pros:

De grootte van de kamer was heel fijn. Ook de bedden lagen heerlijk.

Jammer dat het restaurant dicht is in het weekend.

Mooi hotel om. Lille te bezoeken.
Pros:

Mooie locatie met een prima bed, badkamer en ontbijt.

Cons:

Het eten dat we op zaterdagavond bij de bar bestelden was niet goed warm gemaakt.
Personeel in het restaurant was niet erg vriendelijk.

Pros:

Excellent location, ample free parking, several areas within the lobby to take a drink/relax/work. Good drinks selection at the bar.

Cons:

Staff not the friendliest. Given the price, the room felt tired. They are renovating some rooms, but mine was not one of those. Noise travels throughout the hotel and corridors. Limited food options. We had a small silent dog. She was tolerated, but hardly welcomed - given the pets welcome status of the hotel and the additional fees charged.
