Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Novotel Bordeaux Mérignac sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Auf alle unsere Fragen wurde freundlich und ausführlich eingegangen.
Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Für eine erwachsene Person und zwei Kinder hatten wir ausreichend Platz.
Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war aus unserer Sicht gut. Die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels ist sehr gut, und die vorhandenen Parkplätze waren für uns besonders praktisch.
Das WLAN funktionierte ebenfalls gut. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und bot eine gute Auswahl.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Arrivée avec une personne en plus , donc une chambre en plus proposée plus cher que celle initialement prévue.
Petit dej très restreint+ ménage pas fait obligatoirement a cause des feux (dramatique) sur bordeaux mais hôtel pas plein du tout et pas de geste car on avait une personne de plus et les services ont été limité à cause des feux

Nous avons aime la facilité d'accès, la piscine et la restauration sur place.

Nous avons séjourné au Novotel de Mérignac et l'hôtel était confortable et pratique, parfait pour une étape. En revanche, le petit déjeuner servi à 10 h nous a paru un peu tôt, surtout après une longue route ou une nuit fatigante.
L’emplacement, le choix du petit déjeuner et la piscine et les différentes activités proposées pour les enfants. Eau fraîche et disposition au top . Le personnel a l’écoute
