Well located with a bus stop just a few yards away to get into Plymouth.

The position of one of the single beds in the room resulted in the main light to be switched on/off by movement of the pillow against the headboard, and the pull-cord was also in a poor position.

Basic accommodation for overnight stay. Bar and food available. Location not bad for getting into the city. Dog friendly. Overnight stay for continental ferry.
In an industrial area, but for what we used it for nothing to put us off staying again.
Staff very friendly. Room was very clean in a quiet location. Bathroom was spotless. Lovely balcony area to sit & have meals or just a drink. Also the option of a quiet lounge area with sofas (& fire for cokd months) with large Tv.

Conveniently located, the room & bathroom were clean, the bed was very comfortable and, although the bathroom and shower cubicle were decent the actual shower itself was just about acceptable. My partner had the breakfast which he said was good quality and good value. The staff we encountered were all very pleasant. We have no complaints and we would stay here again.
The poor water pressure in the shower and the cheap shower head.
