Second time we have stayed, very good place and convenient for us to get to the ferry the next day and pet friendly.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The greeting by staff was great! The room was quite far from reception, being a solo traveller I felt a bit vulnerable being in a chalet type room near enough at the end of a wing. The room had a window in the entrance lobby looking straight onto the bed which was quite disconcerting, it did not have a curtain on it.

No air con or even a fan, window could crack on as ground level but tat meant no curtain privacy
Purchased a Pizza but it was like a £1.99 special out of Iceland, not worth the money

The fences are damaged and looking tired, it wouldn't take much to smarten the area up,
Only one slow car charging point but it was really cheap to use. Plenty of free car parking.
As with all ibis hotels had to ask for an extra towel.

Location of hotel was good. We had an evening meal the first night, it was very good both in the quality and price.
During our stay there was also a coach party there, despite breakfast being extremely with guests the staff were still excellent.
