Great location for catching the ferry
Was able to park my motorbike right outside my room
Room was a good size and very clean and comfortable
Staff were excellent and very friendly
Bar/restaurant area was spotless, modern and welcoming just what we needed after a VERY long ride down thanks to the M5 being closed.
Nothing, it was exactly what we needed
We liked the location as it was close to our family. It was also easy to get into Plymouth centre. We liked the size of the hotel. The breakfast was the same as most self service breakfast, it was all nice and fresh with a nice choice of hot and cold food. Plenty of teas and coffee.
The room was a nice size for what we needed it for. The room was clean the bathroom was also very clean. Towels where spotless as was the bedding. We would use the hotel again even with the things we didn't like about it .
I didn't like the window dressings as they has to be closed when we were in the room because people walked passed. We had blinds and they were quite hard to pull down. But once they were down you couldn't see out which wasn't great during the morning. Would of been better to have one way glass to see out and no one could see in.
I also would of liked a bath mat to stand on when getting out of the shower instead of having to use a towel.
The extractor fan in the bathroom hardly worked and the whole room steamed up very quickly when the bathroom door was opened.
When we arrived it was raining as the rooms are outside it would of been helpful to have umbrellas for us to use whilst we got to our room.
Saying this i will be using the hotel again.
A very good room with central facilities. Very clean and comfortable. The food was good
A bit of a race track to get in but if you are carefull that's not too problematic
