Very good stay and good food
Pros:

The bathroom was lovely and the bed comfortable and the lower floor was very good in the heat with the supplied fan. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Pros:

Normally we get breakfast included in price. This time even though we asked for a double bed, we ended up with singles, room at rear of car park. When we parked in disabled bay, even though I have a badge, we were asked to move.

Ok stay but price high for what it was.
Pros:

Location ok for ferry.

Cons:

Noisy, guests were walking past window all night on phone to another room. Shouting and getting in and out of open back truck, other friends joining them and banging doors.
Carpark on a slope, just no rest.

Ideal pour une étape
Pros:

Super pratique en descendant ou avant de prendre le ferry. Bien situé. Assez calme malgré la route. Personnel très sympa et possibilité de dîner. Vraiment une bonne étape.

Pros:

The staff and the location are great.

Cons:

There were a few tradesman staying, it smelt like one of the guests was smoking weed. Could only smell it for a short period thankfully

All we needed for a comfortable, convenient, overnight stay in Plymouth.
Pros:

All Staff were friendly and helpful. This type of accommodation is not "my usual choice", however I was more than happy with everything at Ibis, Plymouth. I will definitely return.

Cons:

Perhaps a more organised layout for the breakfast items would make it easier to find what was wanted.
