Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. If you walked away hungry, it was your own fault. You can’t beat the location, right at the Rialto Bridge, 15 minute walk to San Marcos.

Best location for a stay in Venice
Pros:

The location, of course! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooftop terrace that overlooked the Grand Canal and Realto bridge. The lovely breakfasts and service. Having the boat docks right there made it so convenient and a bellman even helped me with my baggage to the docks.

Cons:

I did not go to the outdoor restaurant be cause it seemed too crowded, but I might try on another trip!

Well worth it! Literally at the Rialto Bridge! Lovely Venitian scones and chandeliers everywhere!
Pros:

Loved it! Right on the Grand Canal! It was a special occasion trip so worth the extra $$ for convenience! Restaurant was a great convenience for us the first night. We enjoyed our meal! The location for the water buses was great. And yes- Venice is walkable! But it was our physical limitations that were the obstacles! Staff was always a great help. Gave us great recommendations for dinner and gondola ride! Highly recommend! Oh - and take the time and energy to go up to the scenic terrace!

Cons:

Be cautious of the floors! Twist and turns to get your room - and some small step downs. Keep your eyes open wide! It’s an older building- don’t forget that!

Hope to go back one day
Pros:

Our room was a nice size and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. There is an overlook area on the top floor that has tables and chairs and a beautiful view of the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge. The LOCATION was amazing! You were right next to the Rialto bridge, restaurants, cafe's, 10 minute walking distance to St Mark's Basilica, etc. The Alilaguna Water Bus Orange Line (which we took from the Airport) and the Water taxis/bus stops are about 100' from the hotel. This was one of my favorite locations and wished we could have stayed longer. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Very nice historical hotel in a beautiful area.
Pros:

I like that the hotel are is near the water in a historical building near bars, restaurants, and stores.

Cons:

The room climate that was very hot when I got in and I need to ask to bring a ventilator to my room.
There was no kettle or coffee maker provided in the room.

Pros:

Location is fantastic right at the Rialto bridge. The rooms facing the canal are fantastic. Could people watch all day long if you wanted to. Also a main water taxi/ferry stop is right there also. Included continental breakfast had several hot items too. I thought the areas around the bridge for shopping, restaurants, etc was way more interesting than the main square.
