Pros:

Excellent Location and excellent hotel. You really feel the vibe of Venice staying here.
I would not stay anywhere else.

Perfect hotel in perfect central spot.
Pros:

The property is very classy! Perfect location and great facilities. Yagya was particularly attentive and welcoming as part of the housekeeping and help crew. Within feet of the Rialto bridge and great food spots. The air con was perfect for the summer weather. Breakfast was standard but filling.

Pros:

The location was great, the suite was more than adequate with a kitchen . The staff was lovely.

Cons:

Our room had a broken door that separated the living room from the bedroom. It couldn'd be fixed, we were offered another sute, but it was up a flight of stairs. I have a bad back, so I couldn't do the stairs. We stayed in the room with thge broken door. There were scratches on the floor where people had tried to pull it closed, so obviously, it had been broken for a while. I will ask for a rebate for the cost of the room, which was expensive. The beds were so hard, it was difficult to sleep.
