Pros:

ヴァポレット乗り場が目の前、徒歩で出かけるにも立地は抜群でした。
大きいスーツケースを持っていかないといけない方にはおすすめです。
フロントスタッフはみなさま親切かつ紳士的で老舗感がありました。
チェックイン時、ポーターが待機していて荷物を運んでくれます。断ると迷子になると思うので運んでもらいましょう。
朝食はオープンテラスでヴェネチアの朝の風景を眺めながらいただけます。

Cons:

バスルームにたくさんの羽虫が出現しました。退治しても排水口から湧き出るのであきらめました。
私は特に虫が苦手というわけではありませんが、歯磨きやシャワーを浴びているとき何匹にも囲まれるので辛かったです。
芳香剤の香りも強く、付けていても虫は出るので途中で切りました。

窓は半分しか開かず、細い裏路地しか見えませんでした。
友人の部屋はリアルト橋が見下ろせ、バスルームに虫もいなかったようなので全ての部屋が同じではなく、プランや運にもよると思いますのでいちご参考まで。

Great location, but rooms are disconcertingly tiny for the price.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent - right next to the Rialto bridge, which has its pluses and minuses, but is great as a base for exploration of Venice on foot. The room was decently clean. The hotel has a lovely terrace with a view of the Grand Canal and the Rialto bridge; well, if you can find it.

Cons:

This hotel feels like an old palazzo that has been subdivided into an absolute rabbit's warren of hallways that go round and round, and every time we ventured out, we got lost in the hallways. Also, the room was really, _really_ tiny even by European standards, and windowless, but since we only used it for sleeping, that was OK (though not maybe so OK at the price).

perfect location

Cons:

the room is very noisy (Fan?). There is no coffee , and free water in the room/hotel . Breakfast is okay, but poor comparing others in Rome and Florence. It is expensive
