Goed, aardig personeel, diner was goed, maar geen ontbijt geregeld !duur en veel geen personeel ontbijt voor ons.

Heerlijk zwembad, mooie kamers en schoon.

Cons:

In de middag werden we weggestuurd van terras omdat het personeel nodig was voor het diner voorbereiden.
€28,80 voor 3 biertjes is echt belachelijk duur.
We zijn vroeg vertrokken in de ochtend en hadden ontbijtboxen besteld die zouden klaar staan bij de receptie, maar helemaal niets was er. Early bird ontbijt mag dus van de website worden gehaald.

Confortable, bel établissement, emplacement très correct.
Pros:

La chambre était confortable et l'emplacement correspondait parfaitement à mes besoins. Menu riche proposé en chambre même un peu avant 22 heures.

Cons:

Aucune information sur le Wi-Fi et le menu que nous pouvons demander dans la chambre. Visiblement, le flyer avec le QR code a été oublié. Aucun accessoire dans la salle de bain (charlotte pour les cheveux, fil, aiguille, etc.) Je comprends que l'établissement cherche l'économie, mais par rapport à la catégorie de l'hôtel, il faudrait faire un peu d'effort.

Lovely stay - car essential

Cons:

Restaurant food was very average and there were no easily accessible alternatives. Access to Avignon without a car was difficult. The bus stop was too far for me and the walk to it and the commercial centre shops is not pedestrian friendly. (I am ambulant but with limited mobility. I was taken by family and dependent on the driver).

Un séjour merveilleux au delà de nos attentes.
Pros:

L’accueil de la dame et du jeune homme en place à ce poste le 13 juin. La décoration splendide, les espaces extérieurs avec des tas d’activités pour les enfants et les adultes, la piscine magnifique, le service à la piscine, le restaurant véritable établissement à ambiance, le petit-déjeuner super.

Cons:

L’attitude très froide de certains jeunes personnels au sein de l’hôtel.
