In the event of no-show for nonrefundable bookings, the hotel will keep the room until 12:00 of the day after the arrival. After this your room will be canceled and you will lose the total amount of the original booked stay.

great hotel... provided they aren't doing works to it at the same time you are staying!
Pros:

Hotel was great location, clean, swimming pool was nice etc.

Cons:

Construction works meant that a proper sleep was impossible. We were awoken very early in the morning by drills, construction noise etc.

Pros:

Ótima localização, serviço excelente. Nos dias que saímos mais cedo antes do café na recepção tinha uma máquina de cafés e vários lanches disponíveis e o recepção ainda fazia os cafés para nós servir, achei isso ótimo, pois não se encontra em outros. Além dos quartos serem confortáveis a localização é ótima também. Perfeito!!
