In the event of no-show for nonrefundable bookings, the hotel will keep the room until 12:00 of the day after the arrival. After this your room will be canceled and you will lose the total amount of the original booked stay.

All the staff were excellent in all aspects -
Pros:

Breakfast was OK
Coffee excellent
Staff excellent
Clean towels daily

Cons:

It was impossible to have an open window at night because of noise levels -
There was no view from the window -ventilation systems and fire escapes -very uninspiring!

Zeer goede locatie, dicht bij station, maar toch niet in de stationsbuurt. Metro en fietsen voor de deur

Zeer netjes.

Cons:

Ontbijtzaal en ontbijt een beetje troosteloos.

Geen douche.

Overall the experience was good.
Pros:

The bed mattress was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The location is good, close to the metro.

Cons:

I expected to have a better quality breakfast, since we are in Italy. It was a basic hotel breakfast.

Cons:

Diciamo che la terrazza al 7 piano non è delle migliori
Forse per la colazione servirei cappuccini e caffè fatti dal bar e non dalla macchinetta automatica.
