In the event of no-show for nonrefundable bookings, the hotel will keep the room until 12:00 of the day after the arrival. After this your room will be canceled and you will lose the total amount of the original booked stay.

L'hôtel a du charme et il est très bien placé. La station de métro Lima est juste à côté et le quartier est bien.
Le petit-déjeuner était très bien et proposait un large choix.sucré et salé.
J'ai été un peu déçu par la taille de la chambre en rapport avec le prix. Par ailleurs j'étais au septième et dernier étage dans une zone où il n'y a que quelques chambres, ce qui donnait l'impression d'être à l'étroit alors sue l'hôtel est vaste.

The location of the UNA Hotels Galles Milano is excellent with the Lima subway station across the road.
Room size is generous and bathroom is very clean and efficient.
Of course, parking but what to expect in Milan and it was not so bad.
Do not forget to book in advance with the hotel.

La ubicacion quedo sobre una Via (Corso) con negocios y turistas.
El garage externo es super angosto para estacionar con un auto de tamaño medio-alto! El desayuno es bueno pero el espacio no alcanza para todos, pues hubo mucha gente! Una de las 2 cafeteras estaba fuera de servicio y se tenia que hacer cola. No hubo suficiente personal para juntar y llevar los platos usados.
