In the event of no-show for nonrefundable bookings, the hotel will keep the room until 12:00 of the day after the arrival. After this your room will be canceled and you will lose the total amount of the original booked stay.

Pros:

Spa Bereich war super und nicht zu klein wie manche behaupten...und dazu Poll und Sauna durchgehen geoffen... Restaurant auf Dach sehr empfehlenswert und für Mailand auch nicht zu teuer mit kleine Rabatt für online Buchung und frei Prosecco für booking Kunden 😉

Cons:

Endlich nicht evt ein Wasser Kocher in Zimmer wäre nett gewesen ☕

Well located, well run hotel for short stay in Milan
Pros:

Well located on a subway line into Milan and a busy shopping street. Comfortable, good sized room and a good breakfast. Spa facilities included were a nice bonus.
There's a local supermarket where we got a bottle of wine to enjoy in the room.
Coffee in the room was very good with decaff fresh coffee option.

Cons:

It's quite a large hotel compared to what I was expecting and feels a little 'corporate' in it's atmosphere.
The spa was quiet and had a pool, sauna and steam room, but because the pool was quite cool, the whole area didn't feel very warm. There were signs indicating that they were not permitted to have the pool any warmer, so I suspect this is a regular gripe of visitors. But it was a nice extra to have access without charge with our chosen room rate.

Very central, lovely hotel
Pros:

The location is great. The swimming pool is really lovely, albeit a little bit on the cold side for me - but the sauna helps with that!

Cons:

The room was a little smaller than I would have expected, but it was not a problem
