In the event of no-show for nonrefundable bookings, the hotel will keep the room until 12:00 of the day after the arrival. After this your room will be canceled and you will lose the total amount of the original booked stay.

Gute Lage. Und sehr gutes Preis-leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig. Früh morgens störende Geräusche vom oberen Stockwerk (wahrscheinlich wurden Betten verschoben.).

Overall, this hotel did not live up to our expectations.
Pros:

The hotel is well located, and the mattresses were comfortable. Unfortunately, those were the main positives of our stay.

Cons:

Our experience started poorly at check-in. The process was extremely slow, and when it was finally our turn, I specifically asked the receptionist to confirm that our room had twin beds, as this was the room type I had carefully booked. She quickly confirmed that it did.
However, when my mother and I arrived in the room, we discovered a small room with a single double bed. We returned to reception and were initially told that nothing could be done. After insisting that we had booked and paid for a twin room, the receptionist suggested sending someone to separate the beds. Unfortunately, the room simply had one large bed, making this impossible. A staff member eventually came to the room, dismantled part of the bed, and confirmed exactly that.
We returned to reception once again. Apart from an apology, no real solution was offered other than spending the first night in the wrong room and changing the following day. Given that we were only staying three nights, this was unacceptable. After considerable discussion and nearly two hours wasted, we were finally given a larger room with two beds.

This experience unfortunately set the tone for the rest of our stay. Overall, we found the staff friendly but not particularly efficient or proactive when faced with a problem.

The hotel itself feels dated, with very small rooms and a somewhat confusing layout. We were also particularly disappointed by the spa and wellness facilities, which were one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The gym is reasonably large, although it is located underground with no natural light or fresh air, and vibrations from the nearby metro can occasionally be felt.

The biggest disappointment was the spa area. The pool was uncomfortably cold, and neither the pool area nor the sauna felt particularly clean or inviting. We were so disappointed that we chose not to use the spa at all and instead spent time at another hotel’s wellness facilities during our stay.

Located next to a Metro station

Cons:

Had an issue with the air conditioner which was not working or cooling. Staff were not cooperative. Only after various complaints and asking for them to send the technician to review did they allow me to change to another room.

Pros:

L'emplacement au pied d'une station de métro est excellent. La décoration et l'ambiance de l'hôtel sympa.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner ne vaut pas le coup : produits surgelés (toutes les viennoiseries, gâteaux) et offre très basique pour un hôtel de ce type. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est vraiment pas intéressant.
Faire payer le paquet de chips et cacahuètes mis bien en évidence dans la chambre (qui étaient mis hors du frigo bar), c'est vraiment abusé. Bientôt l'eau et la café ?

Très déçue par rapport aux pris des chambres.
Pros:

le repas + le petit déjeuner

Cons:

le bruit (métro + travaux). Très bruyant on entend le métro et en plus il y avait des travaux dans la rue.
Les chambres n'étaient pas à la hauteur par rapport à ce qui était proposé sur le site.

Over promised on reservation, under delivered in reality!
Pros:

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel personally. We booked an executive double but seemed to have been given a standard double room. Room was small and place right opposite the elevator where we were often woke up in the night or early morning by porters with trolleys.

Shower was really basic and often lost pressure or didn’t have any at all.

Bed was comfortable but sleep was at a premium.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

I wouldn’t say the room we had vs the price we paid represented value for money.

Perhaps we just had a bad experience though!

Cons:

Dated, generally clean. Roof top terrace is nice.

Great stay
Pros:

Large room clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of food available. The pool and sauna was a great way to relax at the end of a long day.
