In the event of no-show for nonrefundable bookings, the hotel will keep the room until 12:00 of the day after the arrival. After this your room will be canceled and you will lose the total amount of the original booked stay.

Very nice and clean hotel located near the Metro. It was easy to get to the city centre. Very good breakfast with a nice selection, there was something for every taste and everything was very fresh.
Our room was on the 1st floor just over the Metro. Everything was shaking when the Metro came by, luckily the Metro doesn´t operate during the night, so it was possible to get a good night sleep. The bar opened at 17:00, which is a bit late for our taste, and it was either open in the lobby or the roof, not both at the same time. The bar was very expensive, especially the mocktails seemed very overpriced.
Super centric. You get to the most touristic places from there. It has a wellness center with sauna and a swimming pool to relax and a good restaurant. Also a terrace on top.
The mattress was super flat and I slept quite bad could that be renovated. Also they dont offer more pillows. My room was next to the exit for the terrace so I have a bunch of people walking by outside making noise late in the night.
Hotel ligt op een goede locatie in het centrum met restaurants en winkels in de buurt en heeft een dakterras. Kamer is netjes verzorgd. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker.
De kamer is iets gedateerd, maar wel heel netjes.

the room was way too hot, the air con was not working v well and it was a noisy room with the window open.

Die sehr zentrale Lage (viele Museen inkl.die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten und den Bahnhof) kann man fußläufig erreichen - wobei auch eine direkte Metrostation zur Verfügung steht. Die Räumlichkeiten in der Hotelhalle wie auch im Restaurant in der 6. Etage haben viel Charme. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und verlässlich.
Zunächst konnte ich auf einem Kissen allein nicht schlafen (zu flach: aber man brachte mir auf meine Anfrage ohne Verzögerung ein Zusatzkissen)

La chambre à l’étage du restaurant très bruyante. La piscine froide.
Great value for money. One of the few hotels with a pool at a reasonable price. With a metro station at the door, a few stations away from the main attractions and at a walking distance from Milano Centrale station.
The neighborhood doesn't seem very clean and at some times of the day can be tricky. But I had no issues anyway (and it's not a hotel problem)
