Great stay, good breakfast, friendly staff, and close to public transport.
Pros:

We stayed one night at UNA hotels in Milano. The reception area is clean and the lobby is effective and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than the pictures showed, but other than that, everything was really good!

La posizione è sicuramente il principale punto di forza dell’hotel, molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e i mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. Ho soggiornato in una camera Classic singola al settimo piano, con arredamento piuttosto datato e priva di bidet. Il telefono della camera non funzionava. La camera si trova inoltre sotto il rooftop e vicino a un’area di passaggio, con rumori e schiamazzi entrambe le sere ben oltre la mezzanotte, oltre al continuo trascinamento di sedie proveniente dal piano superiore, rendendo difficile riposare.

Durante il riordino della camera ho inoltre ritrovato un mio oggetto personale spostato e danneggiato. Ho segnalato immediatamente l’accaduto alla reception, ma la risposta è stata che, in assenza di prove, l’hotel non poteva fare nulla. Comprendo che non sia possibile accertare con certezza la dinamica, ma mi sarei aspettato almeno maggiore attenzione verso il cliente e una gestione più orientata alla ricerca di una soluzione

toller Kurztrip in die Shoppingmetropole mit einem Hotel an bester Lage und direkt an der U-Bahn

Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, nur der Käse fehlte:-)

Gute Lage und wunderbare Aussicht auf die ganze Stadt ab den beiden Dachtrerassen. Obwohl das Hotel an einer gut frequentierten Lage liegt, ist es super gegen Strassenlärm abgeschirmt. Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten in ruhiger Lage.

Cons:

alles entsprache meinen Erwartungen in Bezug auf Preis/Leistung. Einzig die Betten könnten etwas breiter und bequemer sein.

Cons:

The location is not close to train station. Yes, you may be able to see the station from the hotel location, but it is NOT 10 minutes walk. It took me 12 minutes to run between. And the streets look very sketchy and chaos when you cross. The hotel is near nowhere. The breakfast food look like food directly from supermarket. Ants crawl on the floor and chair. There is one small elevator in the whole building. WiFi is extremely slow. One night we went down to lobby, there were some sketchy people inside the lobby around and stared at us.

Schöne Unterkunft in Top-Lage
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Die U-Bahn-Station direkt vor der Türe, in der nahen Umgebung Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten sowie relativ zentral für Sightseeing. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es draußen sehr heiß, fein klimatisierte Zimmer sowie komfortable Betten. Im ersten Stock gibt es einen Garten, praktisch für Raucher oder einfach nur um kurz an die frische Luft zu gehen. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und die Möglichkeit, einen Tiefgaragenplatz zu buchen.

Cons:

Es ist schon sehr hellhörig, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Hotel confortável a um preço justo. Café da manhã excelente. Ar-condicionados não eram de enfeite; isso importa no mês de julho.

In general I had a good experience but I wish I didn’t have to switch rooms twice.
Pros:

Great location and facilities. The pool, sauna and the Turkish hamam was well maintained and clean. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was rich.

Cons:

I had to change rooms twice in my 2 night trip. The first room was located right below the rooftop bar and it was impossible to sleep because of the noise at night. The second room that I was offered was renovated and new however, the AC was not working. So I had to switch to another room.
