À fuir pour les mamans qui cherchent du repos !
Pros:

Le barman à notre arrivée sympathique.
La femme au petit-déjeuner également.
La navette pour aller à l’aéroport à disposition.

Cons:

La chambre très moche.
La salle de bain limite. Finitions à refaire. Douche qui n’incite pas à la douche. Gel douche bas de gamme qui sent mauvais. Aucun ustensiles de salle de bain. Rien du tout.

Rien dans le mini frigo. Bouilloire de grand mère. Fontaine à eau commune dans les couloirs qui fait salle. Peu ragoûtante.

Aucun souci du détails tout semble vieux et bas de gamme. Niveau auberge de jeunesse très clairement.

Mauvais conseils à la réception. La femme m’a conseillée de sortir à pieds avec mon fils de 2 ans et demi (que je dois porter) sans poussette ni eau ni portable (pas de carte locale) jusqu’au parc Trinité alors que l’on était dimanche (tout fermé donc pas d’eau) qu’il faisait déjà TRÈS chaud et sur une route goudronnée sans trottoir (voitures garées) en pente raide (merci pour la remontée avec un enfant dans les bras). Vraiment inadmissible, dangereux et totalement inconscient pour un hôtel 4*. Aucun souci du bien-être des clients. Encore moins d’empathie. Une maman seule avec un petit. J’étais furieuse. On ne nous a proposé AUCUNE distraction pour mon fils le temps de notre avion. Une matinée à tourner en rond dans le hall car nous avions rendu la chambre. Vraiment un scandale.
