Pros:

We loved it! It is just off the main plaza which felt like first prize! Super quick walk to everything we needed - and not right in the thick of things.
Room was big with a patio … and a fridge, microwave, and Nespresso machine! I’d definitely stay here again!

The area and hotel were fine, but both shifts of staff were rude and very noncommunicating. Only one person came out from the back to help us - a young lady. The other two men on duty at the front desk could not be bothered to help us or answer any questions. Very disappointing.

Area was convenient, lots of eating and shopping areas across the street. Our room smelled musty or like mildew when we checked in. The floors needed a good scrubbing!!!! Room and breakfast in the lobby was grossly over priced!!!!!

I was charged for the whole stay on July 8th when I got to the hotel the said I was not charged by Hilton at all after being on the phone for 2 hours with Expedia, Hilton an my credit card company the employee saw that they did charge me and put through a refund without telling me. This is the second time this has happened with this hotel
I was stressed out for 3 hours after a long 6vhour drive. I need to continue to book this hotel as it is close to my moms senior home and I visit often. I will not book this hotel through Expedia again
Tired of dealing with getting double charged. Will be looking through my credit card statements anf any double charges by Expedia or Hilton will be disputed

All in all, a great experience! Rooms are updated and spacious. Hot tub, pool and a firetable outside. Areas to improve: parking is $10 a day and we did not see this on the website. Otherwise, Angela at the front desk was so informative and helpful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
