The confusing construction, but know that’s not the fault of the hotel. 😊
Parking garage- the room was spacious, having a separate space from our preteen was great. Very clean
The construction blocking one entrance to the property made it hard to navigate.
Host when we arrived only told us about the breakfast times, didn’t tell us what floor our room was on and didn’t tell us what floor the pool was on or anything else the hotel had to offer. Of course we figured out what floor our room was on based on the number of our room.
The room was nice and we enjoyed the breakfast selection.
The pool room was stifling and way too hot.

I stayed in room 227. After returning back to the room late from a night out, we ended up sleeping on top of the blankets. The couch had a rip in it. It had a funny smell when you first walked into the room, and the sheets had to stain on them.
Road work being done around the property hard to get to because you can only enter and exit from one direction

The parking garage smelled like drugs though
It was close to UNMC.
It’s off a busy street. The entrance has no where to park to check in. You walk in and are greeted by a shot of toxic perfume air. I’m dragging my oxygen bottle and fragrances can literally send me into an hour long asthma like attack. There was no signage of where to park— i see 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. WTF? I also have a 50 pound oxygen concentrator that needs to go to my room. I am panicking. We call and find out the garage door next to the entrance will open into an underground garage with an elevator. Why was there no signage on the entrance about where to park or that you enter from the garage?
Other than that , it was an okay 80’s decor with terrible bedding and that toxic perfume fragrance i had to breathe all night before seeing my pulmonologist at UNMC for my terrible lung disease.
A good hotel with pleasant staff. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise—a really good breakfast.
Staff was courteous. Room was clean and comfortable.
There was no notice of a fee for parking in their garage. Pool was closed and option was to walk across street to another hotel while it was raining/storming. Elevator out of service caused delays.

The rooms a very beautiful very comfortable beds the hotel is very nice and the staff was amazing
Well sadly the pool was out of order under and sadly that was the reason why we booked the hotel by the transplant hospital so we could swim and get into the hot tub breakfast needs a lot of work the chicken patties undercooked and cold but other than that besides those two things everything else was wonderful
