After driving several hours, got to my location. I had reserved online.we were told they couldn't find my reservation and there were no rooms. When I booked there were five rooms left. Very disappointed. Had to drive all night .
The parking and check in is very awkward and difficult to find. No signs to tell you what to do.

朝食は７時から１０時。７時30分に朝食を食べに行ったら、皿が無くてどうやって食べたらよいのかと。ワッフルは、油が置いてなかったので、他の客の子供が鉄板にこびり付かせて、対応に困っておりとても気の毒でした。
部屋のバスタオルは、ところどころ黒ずんだ点々があり汚れが目立ちました。サービス性は最悪です。
Location was great
We left a body pillow in room and we had to be in the hospital for rest of week. I was unable to get ahold of anyone actually working at that location during my entire stay at UNMC
The location worked out for us. It was located to a pet friendly location which was great ---- lots of grasses and poop bags available. It catered to what we needed. Unfortunately, we were not able to have breakfast at this location because it was being served at 7 a.m. and we left between 6-6:30 a.m.
Probably just the breakfast timing. We would prefer it to be earlier than 7 a.m.
Room was spacious.
Breakfast left much to be desired; disappointing. Ice machine on 4th floor was not working. Steps upto 2nd floor were crumbling in spots.

I did not like anything.
This hotel is dirty, the first room I had smelled really bad so they put us in a different room which was better but still smelled. It looked as if they do not vacuum as there were nail clippings on the floor beside the bed. The hotel always smells like cigarette smoke. One of the early mornings the fire alarm woke us up and seems to be a normal thing cause nobody was trying to evacuate. There is a homeless person in a tent right outside the parking entrance. Just a crappy experience.
