We stayed in this house for 7 nights. There was a bed for my 8-year-old daughter, and we found it very comfortable. The kitchen was very useful for us. There's an Edeka supermarket and a bakery nearby, so we were able to enjoy wonderful breakfasts. We easily arrived and returned from the airport by S-Bahn. We traveled extensively on the S-Bahn and transferred to the U-Bahn. It's also well-located for transportation. We loved the neighborhood. It's surrounded by business centers and offices. It's very quiet and classy. Overall, the house was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
There is nothing we don't like.
Für Besucher die ins Zentrum wollen ist die Lage hervorragend. Ob Tram, S-Bahn, oder Bus alle Haltestellen schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort aus sind es nur 5 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Parken in der Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls möglich. Lebensmittelgeschäfte ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer, sowie die Küche sind gut ausgestattet.
Alles sauber, ruhig, so wie es sein soll. Wir können es weiter empfehlen.
The room is located nearby the train station and the city center, which is great. Also there is a supermarket in 300 meters, and a subway station.
We needed an iron!

Location is perfect. Apartment is very comfortable.
Laundry facilities
The windows were locked and the apartment has poor air circulation so you feel like your are hermetically sealed in. There is no AC or fans so it's terribly uncomfortable in hot weather.
The lighting is poor and ill-suited to reading or doing work in the apartment.
The tap water tastes disgusting.
Very spacious apartment. Basic but has everything you need. We would stay here again.
We needed better information about the air conditioning. It took ages to find the wall switch to turn it on!
A great apartment with everything. Easy to get keys with code (at entrance). Nice sized room with kitchenette and bathroom. Washing and drying facilities (2 euro each) downstairs. Shops and train station nearby. Office only open in mornings but the staff friendly and English speaking.
There was nothing to dislike.
Easy check-in. Good location 20 mins to Hbf. Very quiet and clean. There is a market nearby There are washing machines and options for car parking. Good wifi.
There were some doubts with a number of towels, but it was easily resolved with reception.
Check in was super easy, lady at counter welcome us and she explane us everything that we have in the area in case we need to buy groceries. Cleaning stuff was super nice, super fast and they keep whole place super clean. Place is also conected with city train what makes is really accessible directly from Munchen airport. When we come back to Munchen in future we will definitely try and stay here again. Thank you.
Close to an S-bahn station that will get you pretty much anywhere very quickly. There is also a supermarket around the corner and a few cafes and restaurants in a 15-min walk radius
We had no hot water for the first two days (out of our 4 day stay), could not reach the property because we arrived on a Sunday and the Monday was a public holiday. When reception was finally open on Tuesday morning we notified them, only that afternoon did we get a solution: a new room. No other compensation was offered. No refund or anything. While the new room was bigger, it had numerous other small issues: the bathroom had an unpleasant smell that wouldn’t go away, the extractor fan was loud and on at all times, and the kitchen water tap was loose. Also, both rooms we had seemed clean at first glance but we quickly noticed that it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained properly: stains on the walls and side of the bed, dust and crumbs underneath the bed. In addition, this location is not for you if you like to sleep past 7AM, that’s when the noise outside starts. Construction and deliveries to the supermarket, all very loud. Closing the windows helped but there was no A/C which made it warm and stuffy without A/C. Kitchen was also missing essentials like fitting lids to the pots, a strainer, a dish drying rack. Overall, this apartment was way overpriced for what we got, even if you wouldn’t take into account the fact that we didn’t have hot water for half our stay.
