No air conditioning in the rooms, it was an extremely hot night and couldn’t sleep due to the heat, ended up taking the quilts out of the duvet cover and just sleeping with the duvet over us

The hotel is dated and we had to move rooms as we were in a disabled room 301 but had to move because a disabled person needed it.

Loved the spacious room, all the facilities.
Would have been great to have a drinks/snack machine. We were hungry when bar had closed and couldn't get anything to eat.
It was clean and comfortable. The staff were VERY helpful and attentive. The wedding room was weel presented. The wedding behind the scenes was conducted well despite the wedding coordinator being given the job last minute!
Noise from nearby rooms, the price of the drinks was extortionate. You can understand why people buy drinks from a supermarket and drink them in their rooms. It cost nearly £20 for a pint of coke and a large white wine... digusting.
The rooms were basic but comfortable - if you want an umpteen star romantic location then this may not be the ideal hotel for you, but if you (as I did) want a comfortable bed for the night, good washing facilities, friendly staff, and a tasty breakfast then you won’t go far wrong it. If I need to stay in Cheadle again I know exactly where to sleep.

Loved the staff all good , very helpful hard them find milk for room in evening though,if ran out in room, as no one on desk , swimming área excelente, best i ever seen , sauna cold pool steam also ,
Food wasnt good at all, ran out less choice this was like 5 pm , no prawns stuff, jackets to burnt then ran out , heard few people disapointed , frontvdesk needed cover more,foid expensive fir what was offered , paying extra things didnt make sence, simple things like jacket ,would been better ti just give one choice , not add on!! Looked very mean for nice looking place village is , tv needed 10 a leves finf chanels
