Pros:

The stay was good,bed comfortable but abit run down in rooms. Could be more help when checking in and out.

Cons:

Breakfast was not the best my partners sausage was burned and bacon looked hardly cooked and fatty.

Pros:

Staff where pleasant and dealt with changing my room efficiently and quickly and where most helpful with any questions I asked. Front of house were always polite and quick to ask if we needed any assistance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

The price point of the room £85 it would have been nice to have a complimentary continental breakfast and add a cook buffet breakfast for extra. Room needed some finishing touches ie the door frame where the locks have been changed needs attention and the metal bar on the black out blinds need to change as it knocks constantly on the wall if the window is open so had to keep it closed. Lighting is not adequate for the whole room - 3 side lights in the room with one on the table that even when adjusted didn't fully work. When I had a shower there was water leaking on the floor but no clue where it came from so maybe that should look at (226). Bed was very comfortable but ask housekeeping to check sheets more thoroughly as mine had what looked like a cigarette burn size hole in it.

Had all the amenities we needed. Ideal location.

Cons:

Stains on the bed sheets. Ripped carpet near the bed.
Dirty bathroim.
Loud banging of doors all night.
Draught from windows.
