Pros:

Friendly staff on reception, rooms where super clean, location is great for a good night out, breakfast was amongst the best I've ever had in an hotel, everything we needed.

Comfy stay
Pros:

Location was walking distance to the venue where we were attending a 40th birthday party, staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, our 2 yr old son loved the balloon and goody bag and the beds were very comfy, wel really enjoyed our stay

Cons:

We were unable to order food or drink due to an onsight technical issue. Luckily, the waterside is a 2 minute walk, if you stop during the week parking is only free for 4 hours,

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, coffee machine broken. Plates weren't out. Staff not helpful or happy . Food not very nice and not worth the extra cost

Village hotel great stay.
Pros:

The hotel lovely. Massive car park. Easy check in. Room very good. Shower great. Bed very comfy. Great breakfast. Great location.

Cons:

We arrived back from town just before midnight and hotel bar was closed. Would have liked a nightcap.

very good hotel, well located, and friendly staff
Pros:

staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and welcoming. On the whole, we were very happy for the price we paid. The room itself was very large and spacious and had a very modern style to it

Lovely hotel and great beds, spoilt by certain staff members
Pros:

Breakfast was buffet style but everything was cold, we also order poached eggs, that did not appear. Staff seamed not interested.

Cons:

At reception there was a member of staff getting us to fill our details on a screen as she stood there instead of welcoming us to the hotel and quickly checking us in.
We even had to activate or room keys, that is not customer service that is laziness.
Our room was 203 right next to ventilation systems outside which ran 24 hrs

It was ok…
Pros:

Its location, easy to walk into Warrington town centre.

Cons:

The hotel was quite run-down. I’d describe it as ok… but clearly it gets a lot of traffic and I don’t think maintenance and decor keeps up.

Highly recommend for a central location and with lovely staff
Pros:

Very central to the centre of town. The staff are all lovely, friendly and accommodating.
The room was spacious and clean.
Added bonus that the carpark is free all weekend.
