AKZENT Hotel Gasthof Krone

Bra rum och god mat i restaurangen.
Dåligt var att frukost INTE ingick i rummets pris.
Frukost kostade 14 euro per person vilket var väldigt dyrt.

Ontzettend hartelijk ontvangst, heerlijk eten en uitgebreid ontbijt, voor prijs van de kamers verwachten wij wat ruimere kamer met gedegen kussens en ventilatie of airco was erg warm.

Rommet var veldig varmt , ingen fungerende ac . Dårlige senger . Enormt med støy ting trafikk hele natten med lastebiler som kjørte rett forbi vindu til rommet

Vi har boet på dette hotel tidligere. Vi var opmærksom på trafikstøj fra vejen, men denne støj er ikke blevet mindre. Det er umuligt at få en fredfyldt nat, da både store lastbiler og mindre biler kører uafbrudt forbi hotellet. - dette gør, at denne overnatning blev den sidste på dette hotel for os.

Tuesday nights the restaurant and bar was closed. there were refreshments available, but you were not able to sit anywhere communal to enjoy them and speak to people you were travelling with. When asked if we could make use of the garden we were told no as other people may want to sit outside too and the staff didn't want to 'look-after' anyone - despite the refreshments being self-service. The one place you could sit with a friend was in the corridor on a sofa that was blown and uncomfortable in the dark.

Long standing gasthof with superb restaurant. Very interesting building and great service.

Große Doppelzimmer mit Sitzecke.
Leider hat der Gast keine Möglichkeit die Zimmertemperatur zu regulieren, da die Heizkörperthermostate ferngesteuert werden. 18°C sind mir Tagsüber persönlich zu wenig. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist den Preis nicht wert.

We spent the first few nights of a 10 day vacation in Germany at this hotel, and quite honestly, our experience here was vastly beyond our expectations!! Our room was cozy and comfortable with beautiful woodwork that surrounds you, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL...friendly, eager to please and accommodate, the restaurant was convenient with delicious selections, plus complimentary continental breakfast. Every evening when we returned to the hotel from our daily outings, we felt as if we were coming 'home'. And it seems that many local people enjoy gathering together here in the evenings for a meal and good beer and conversation, so much authentic culture, and an incredibly positive vibe!! The AKZENT Hotel Gasthof Krone is truly a gem, we will DEFINITELY plan to stay here in the future!!

We chose the location because we wanted something outside Frankfurt for our last night before flying home. It was a quaint, very "old German" local inn. The restaurant had the best food during our month in Germany.

Room was okay, but expensive for the quality. Furnishings are extremely outdated. Food from the restaurant smelled really good; wish I had more time to try it. Great parking. Quiet, secluded village. Room cleanliness was mediocre; I found several hairs in the bathtub and sink. Perfect for a quick nights sleep to get back on the road. ...I don't want to write anymore. I have said all that I want to say, but this box says I have to write a bit more. So I am doing that, and I hope that whoever reads this considers shortening the word limit, or else you're going to get people to not leave reviews because they will be so irritated. Oh my goodness, this box still says my review is not long enough. And it still does now as well. Still does. Blah, blah, blah. I am about to give up very shortly. Okay, I'm done with this.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

This is a cool hotel right in center of town. Easy to miss if you're not looking carefully. Only 5 min detour off the autobahn. The room was plenty big. The staff was ok.
Restaurant was great. Had a nice relaxing meal.
I'd call this a boutique hotel, but is probably commonplace in Germany.

Very pleasant ,a good place for a stopover . The staff spoke English which was very good as we were not fluent in German

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable beds, though furnishings a bit 'tired'. Restaurant staff very helpful. Food at dinner -local specialities available and breakfast very good with lots of choice and fresh breads on offer. Our room overlooked the Beer Garden, which I wouldn't have liked if it was Summer, as when we opened the window during the night, one could smell stale cigarette smoke. Overall it was good.
