La piscine donnant sur la mer est super sympa , les locaux sont bien et le personnel est serviable
L’odeur hyper forte du produit pulvérisé dans la chambre juste avant notre arrivée , les WC qui ont fuit dans la nuit… autrement c’était cool
The staff were all lovely at the hotel and always willing to go the extra mile. We enjoyed the breakfast as it had lots of choice especially for the children
There were not enough sunbeds near the pool with umbrellas for children. Lots of beds near the adult only pool but hardly anyone at it, which was frustrating.
The beach wasn't very nice and there was rubbish on it. There also wasn't a great deal of restaurants nearby.
An amazing overall resort experience, loved the breakfast area as it was just sea facing with great variety of food! Lots of greenery and infinity sea facing swimming pool!

Der Strand ist bei Ebbe nicht zum Baden geeignet. Der Pool ist dafür sehr gut. Man kann sehr gut über einen Weg der am Nabarhotel startet, am Strand in Richtung Nusa Dua laufen.

The room they gave us was probably the worst one…water leak in the toilet and plenty of flying insects in the kids room, including in the beds. They had to move us the second night. It was terrible!

I booked a pool view room, it was not the new renovated pool!
The hotel rooms were located across a busy street!
Had to cross the road to reception, breakfast and restaurant and also the main pool! A crossing supervisor was present blowing a noisy whistle all day and night! I stayed one night as it was too late in the day to find an alternative and paid the 1 night cancellation fee!
I observed the staff having to deal with this complaint from other guests whilst trying to find an suitable alternative accommodation

Rooms were great, beds super comfortable.
Food wasn' the best in the restaurant, very expensive for what you got. We were ignored multiple times during our stay when waiting at bar area, when we finally got to order the meals took a very long time and lacked flavour.
I have been coming to Novotel Bali Benoa for many years. I first stayed here as a teenager, and today, at 40, I came back with my own child, so this hotel holds many wonderful memories and a very special place in my heart.
The strongest asset of the hotel remains its staff. Some team members have been there for more than 10 years and are still as kind and welcoming as I remember them. The Front Office, pool and restaurant teams were all extremely pleasant and attentive. The hotel also has a fantastic location and still retains a lot of charm.
Unfortunately, the hotel has not aged well and is clearly in need of more attention and investment. Even in renovated rooms, the overall standard and attention to detail are not quite there. We noticed a smell of humidity, stained towels and several small issues that should not really happen at this level.
The food was also disappointing overall. The BBQ dinner was particularly expensive for the quality offered, while breakfast and the restaurant were acceptable but nothing memorable.
There are many lovely trainees and staff members, but some clearly need more training and guidance. More than anything, I feel the property is lacking strong management direction, consistent standards and attention to detail. The staff have the right attitude, but they need the tools, training and leadership to bring the hotel back to the standard it deserves.
