Pros:

Schöne, große Zimmer. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Beanstandungen wurden sofort behoben. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Gutes Abendessen und Cocktails.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen wirklichen Strand. Zugang ins Meer mit einer breiten Treppe. Nur ein schmaler, zum Poolbereich gehöriger Streifen mit Sand.

Cons:

Las habitaciones. Estaban desgastadas y sucias. Elegimos una familiar por el plus de habitación infantil y fue un horror. Son ventilación, muy sucia, les picaron todo tipo de bichos en la 1 noche.

Rien … ressentie une très mauvaise énergie !

J’ai préféré payé pour annuler le séjour dans cet hôtel… l’emplacement Nusa Dua n’est pas digne d’un 5*… on est loin de Sanur ou Jimbaran bien plus calme …
Quand aux chambres, elles sont standard, petites, mais les chambres qui donne sur le jardin pour y accéder il faut traverser une route passante avec beaucoup de circulation … et bien sûr beaucoup de pollution.
Quand aux chambres avec terrasses on se croirai en prison tellement la terrasse est petite… les 2 murs nous donnent une impression d’étouffer.

Buffet wasnt great. Room was filled with mosquitos. Robes had holes in them & falling apart. In room service menu was limited and catered to little dietary requirements. Cleanliness of overall rooms was underwhelming
