Amazing pool and facilities.
Pros:

This hotel had great facilities. The pools, lobby, dining area, bars, gym were all great. We loved the pool by the beach as it had a great resort vibe and we were able to relax but still watch our kids in the pool. It was also great to have access to the beach but we could only swim there at low tide due to rocks. The breakfast buffet had an excellent range of tasty foods. The king size bed in our room was very clean and comfortable. There was a good array of restaurants and massage shops along the street nearby, however the street was very noisy and busy.

Cons:

Our family room on the ground floor was damp and musty and had a bad smell to it. The kids room wasn't very clean and the mattresses on the beds were only good for smaller kids as they were not full length mattresses. The breakfast buffet had labels on all foods to highlight allergens but no one had bothered to tick boxes on these labels so I had to constantly ask the staff what was gluten free due to my son being a Coeliac. Although it was nice to be near the beach, there was always noise from the water sport activities.

Very pleasant stay with fabulous breakfast, friendly staff, and a nice pool and small beach.
Pros:

Breakfast, room, and overall style/comfort of the resort is luxurious and very enjoyable. The beach is a little small and the water is slightly cloudy. But the latter is more an issue of Nusa Dua at this time of the year, not the hotel's fault.

Cons:

Mosquitos at the evenings, but the hotel tried to help with insect repellents.

Pros:

The location is more secluded if you want to get away from the Bali busy-ness. I also liked our room on the other side of the beach.

We had a very good stay. The breakfast was tasty. The pools were clean and nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was of very good quality.

Fantastic and worth staying at Novotel.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. I liked the service of the hotel staff, which is very good and friendly. The staff was happy to assist in every way possible. The location of the hotel is very good.Breakfast was good, and there were a lot of options, though after 3 days it got repetative. Overall, it is a very good place to stay in Nusa Dua with kids. My kids loved it ❤️

Cons:

The spa was very expensive for the services. I would say " not worth it", though the spa staff are very good and friendly.

Schönes Resort für Paare oder Familien um einige Tage am Pool zu entspannen.
Pros:

Insgesamt schönes Urlaubsresort, schön eingerichtet, geräumige und saubere Beach Cabana! Großer einladender Pool mit vielen Liegemöglichkeiten in der Sonne. Toller Spa mit sehr guten Treatments. Freundliche Resort-Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Im Grunde unbrauchbarer Strandabschnitt, um echtes Strandfeeling zu erfahren muss man andere Orte besuchen (Nusa Dua, Jimbaran) Außerhalb des Hotels gibt es zwar das nötigste in Form von Minimärkten und einzelnen Restaurants oder Warungs ansonsten bietet die Umgebung aber nicht viel Ausgehmöglichkeiten, auch hierfür muss man die Ortschaft wechseln. 2 Punkte zur Beachcabana: WLAN instabil, Klima etwas muffig.

The staff, the location and the pools are really amazing.

Cons:

The facility is old, and at first day I Heard something running through the ceiling and I assume it was a rat because I saw one the next day. The facility needs renovation, also their breakfast is not a 5 stars hotel one, it's barely a 2.5 stars at best.
