Cons:

Nous avons passe un séjour totalement décevant à l'Hôtel Le B d'Arcachon.
Malgré ses 4 étoiles et sa recommandation dans les guides Lonely Planet, l'absence totale de services justifierait un déclassement immédiat à 2 étoiles.
L'hôtel applique des tarifs exorbitants de 5 étoiles luxe pour des prestations inacceptables en pleine haute saison.
Nous avons demande le remboursement intégral du séjour, pas seulement le parking et le petit-déjeuner.
Aucun accueil : Une véritable zone de réception ou un espace d'accueil digne de ce nom est totalement inexistant.
Personnel incompétent et désagréable : Le personnel manque cruellement de compétences et de disponibilité. Face à nos réclamations concernant les graves problèmes de la chambre 402, ils ont même exigé la présence du client dans la chambre pour daigner vérifier les faits, rejetant la responsabilité sur l'hôte au lieu d'agir.
Humidité et laisser-aller : Le bâtiment est vieux et mal entretenu, avec des problèmes d'humidité évidents et généralisés le long des escaliers.
Chambre 402 invivable : Des fuites d'eau flagrantes dans la chambre (photos à l'appui) et une odeur d'égout insupportable et constante émanant de la douche.
Maintenance inexistante : L'hôtel encaisse des sommes astronomiques mais se montre incapable d'assurer un service de base de vérification, de réparation et d'entretien rapide pendant la période de plus forte affluence.
Une gestion défaillante et arrogante qui trahit complètement la catégorie hôtelière affichée et les attentes des clients.
