Pros:

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet Hôtel charmant idéalement situé avec une grande facilité d'accès, un aménagement et déco de bon goût ainsi qu'un petit déjeuner frais et varié.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie remarquable.
A noter l'attention particulière dans la chambre pour notre petit levrier
On recommande sans réserve cet établissement qui ne vous décevra pas !

Déçus. Ce n’est pas du niveau d’un quatre étoiles.
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil avec un petit plus pour la jeune fille qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est bon et bien achalandé.
Le point de vue depuis le balcon de la chambre est agréable avec une vue sur l’est du bassin. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait pour un accès dans Arcachon et les plages.

Cons:

Les lieux sont usés et vieillissants. Il y a de nombreux endroits dans la chambre râpés, dévissés voire défectueux comme le sèche cheveux dont le fil électrique est cassé et qui ne fonctionne pas correctement. Il ne faut pas trop regarder en détail surtout dans les coins ou sur les meubles car c’est poussiéreux.
L’isolation acoustique par rapport au couloir est inexistante. On entend absolument tout.
Enfin, nous n’avons pas été prévenus du marathon sur la période où nous y étions avec une impossibilité d’utiliser le parking réservé. L’information nous est parvenu seulement une fois sur place. Nous avons dû galèrer à trouver une place de stationnement loin de l’hôtel pour pouvoir repartir.

Très belle situation, personnel agréable, chambre confortable malgré une litterie trop souple.
L'accueil avec la coupe. Dommage qu'elle ne soit pas accompagnée de quelques biscuits salés.

Great night's sleep & Location to explore
Pros:

The location was perfect for exploring the local area. The room was to a high finish & the bed was very comfortable.
We also liked being able to have our dog stay with us.
We also appreciated having somebody on reception all night so I could walk our dog without any issues getting back into the hotel either late at night or in the early hours of the morning if we needed to.

Cons:

There was a temporary issue with the parking, but I expect that will be sorted very shortly. In the meantime we parked only a few metres away using the Pay by Phone app, so it didn't really cause us any major issues.
