Hotel speciale ad Aracachon
Pros:

La camera ci è piaciuta molto, il letto era molto comodo, non mancava nulla, i prodotti in bagno erano di qualità. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza dei romanzi in camera!
La posizione è perfetta, vicino al mare, al casinò e al centro città.

Cons:

L’erba finta sul terrazzino, perché non molto igienica. Per il resto tutto benissimo!

Cons:

Dans les chambres, l'électricité n'est pas facile à gérer... nous avions choisi une chambre supérieure avec vue mer, la vue était plutôt sur des bâtiments pas très beaux avec la mer au fond...

Nefasta experiencia que estropeo la visita a Arcachon

Nefasta experiencia en la que senti vulnerados mis derechos como consumidor, se me exigio pagar una fianza de 200€ por la pernocta de una noche despues de pagar la estancia y sin que mediara ningun documento que lo justificara.Consideto abusivo que no especifique claramente antes de hacer la reserva y que despues tampoco se haga, ya que me llego un correo 3 horas despues del incidente en el que decia"que se podia solicitar 150€ como fianza" y no los 200€ que nos habian obligado a pagar (tengo guardado el correo) Desconozco si esto es practica habitual , no me ha pasado en ningun hotel de Francia. pero aun en ese caso ha de der CLARAMENTE ESPECIFICADO
Lo he descrito de la forma mas objetiva porque leo las reseñas, cuando reservo un hotel, ya que considero que las experiencias son muy valiosas. No suelo poner malas calificaciones pero en este caso no habia otra opcion
