PAS UN 4 ÉTOILES !!!!
Pros:

Bien placé car plage à proximitée immédiate.
Le personnel est pro et sympa.

Classé 4 étoiles ? On se demande comment ! Tout juste un 3 et encore...
Nous avons l'habitude des hôtels italiens ainsi qu'aux USA, c'est autre chose en 4 etoiles dans ces 2 pays là !!!!
Chambre petite "de luxe" à 330€ la nuit (qui en valait 150€; pas plus) avec petit déjeuner = petite chambre avec petite sdb, une seule vasque et drap de la couette tâché !!!! De la chambre avec balcon, vue sur le bassin d'arcachon mais en angle donc sur un bâtiment pas reluisant ! Bref, geste commercial après avoir posé réclamation mais ça ne rattrape pas le fait d'avoir le sentiment d'un hôtel largement surcoté !!! Petit déjeuner = moyen ... Machine à café en panne le 2eme matin. Place de parking souterrain sous l'hôtel mais pas sécurisée car la porte d'entrée basculante était en panne donc ouverte en permanence... Que dire de plus...???? On ne reviendra pas ...Partager plus

La frequentation de la plage squattee par les "jeunes" de la banlieue bordelaise, comme toutes les plages proches des grandes villes, Palavas, la Grande Motte etc....
