Great quiet location easy walk to the centre ville and palace
Pros:

Very friendly staff
Free hot and cold drinks at reception

Cons:

We booked two rooms and technically they were on the same floor.
We took the lift to the 2nd floor but we then had to climb four steps to my Mothers room and then go through a small maze of two doors to reach our room next door? So a little odd but doable really
Our shower door would not close properly so the floor got wet
