Would recommend for a layover.

The hotel was great...

Cons:

The bathroom looked clean until i showered. There were hairs on the bathroom walls. I told about it... they apparently cleaned rhe next day but those hairs stayed till the day i left..

Nasty

My key card was disactivated twice, leaving me outside, and someone got me in. The receptionist did not asked me for ID. Just my room number abs activated it.
I could've been someone else.
The second time, she aaked my name, not ID.... just activated it

Not good security 😕

Pros:

Always clean with a great pool. Fantastic restaurant. Airport shuttle and option to pay parking while away

Questionable staff
Pros:

Room was comfortable and there was plenty of parking.

Cons:

Breakfast staff were VERY unaccommodating to the point that we would not go back to this BW. My wife is vegan, so we brought cereal and almond milk so she wouldn't have to worry about the breakfast. As the only thing they had were very small cups for fruit, we asked for a larger bowl she could use for her own cereal. They stated multiple times that they did not have large bowls even though I pointed out that there were multiple large bowls holding condiments (ketchup, syrurp, & jelly packets). Only after pointing this out to them and my insisting they had large bowls did they go and get us one. If it's a policy, it's a dumb one and the staff could have just said we are not allowed to but to have them lie to us (multiple staff members over multiple days) leaves an extremely bad impression.

While this may sound like a silly rant, it strikes at the core of poor customer service. This is coming from someone who tips breakfast staff regularly at hotels and I always tip our housekeeping (yes, we tipped housekeeping during our stay as they were not the ones needing training). You cross the line with this type of service and you lose me as a customer.

Perfect Stay for My Son’s Birthday 🎂

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. I always check the bed first when I enter a room — both the bed and pillows were perfectly clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and I was especially impressed by how shiny and clean the sink handles, bathtub handles, and shower head were. You could really tell the cleaning staff paid great attention to detail.

The swimming pool was perfect as well, and I appreciated that there was a separate washroom inside the pool area for convenience. Breakfast on the first floor offered a great variety — toast, French toast, yogurt, juice, scrambled eggs, hash browns, ham, sausages, and more. There were also several types of jams, fruits, and pastries to choose from.

The staff service was excellent. They kindly came to check if everything was okay and quickly cleared empty plates. We stayed for one night to celebrate my son’s birthday, and the front desk staff made his day extra special by wishing him a happy birthday and giving him some chocolates.

Everything was perfect, and we were so thankful. My kids were sad that we could only stay for one night! Highly recommend this hotel.
