Die Lobby könnte viel einladender und gemütlicher sein, mit Polstermöbeln, Leseecke, Lichtdesign etc. da die Zimmer doch eher enger gehalten sind.

Nicht nochmal
Pros:

Der Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Personal am Empfang war eher genervt und hatte nicht so Lust.
Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Beide Fahrstuhl waren ohne Funktion, der Teppich im 2 Stock war komplett kaputt, gerissen und bildete dadurch stolperfallen..
Im Badezimmer war der Duschkopf schon durch, die Fugen hatten Schimmelbildung an der Decke waren Stockflecken.
Ein Handtuch war Dreckig, war wohl gewaschen, müsste aber entsorgt werden.
Da wir mit mehreren vor Ort waren und auch mehrere Zimmer gebucht haben, kann ich sagen das sich das durch alle Zimmer durchzog.

Zimmer flop - Frühstück Top
Pros:

Das Frühstück und der Frühstücksraum haben absolut positiv überrascht nach der Enttäuschung des Zimmers. Auch das Personal im Frühstsücksbereich war super nett und es war beeindruckend, dass auch der Chefkoch immer wieder über das Buffet geschaut hat. Also Frühstücksraum und -buffet ein Traum. Zudem muss das neue Bett im Zimmer positiv genannt werden, auch wenn der Rest des Zimmers enttäuscht hat.

Cons:

Das Zimmer sah nicht mal ansatzweise aus wie auf dem Foto. Wir hatten einen abgeranzten Teppich mit Beschädigung. Gebucht hatte ich ein Zimmer ohne Teppich mit einem festen Boden (PVC, Vinyl, etc...?). Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad war auch sehr schlecht. Zudem waren die Möbel alle "sehr abgelebt". Gern hätte ich dies beim Check-Out noch angesprochen. Vielleicht haben wir auch einfach Pech gehabt und unsere Etage wird noch renoviert.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die sehr hilfsbereit sind und den Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm machen.

Cons:

Die Teppiche im Flur müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden.
