Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr abgelebt: kaputte Teppichböden in den Fluren, vergilbte Teppiche und Vorhänge, altmodisch eingerichtet.
Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber nicht makellos.

Als wir ankamen, war unsere Reservierung verloren gegangen. Wir mussten lange warten bis diese im System gefunden wurde. Der Angestellte hat uns, weil er uns nicht gefunden hat, dann alle Namen der Gäste, die noch einchecken sollten, gezeigt, sodass wir unseren Namen suchen können. Sehr unprofessionell!

Insgesamt ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt!

Hotel met prima prijs/kwaliteitverhouding
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel.en het ontbijt was prima. De, locatie was in een stadje buiten Berlijn, maar wel makkelijk te bereiken met bus en trein. Veel natuur in de buurt, zoals bos en water.

Cons:

In de gang bij onze kamer was de.vloerbedekking erg slecht.

I liked that the room was clean

Cons:

I didn't like that there was no conditioner,old furniture,ripped carpet and house maids went into our room when we were out plus it's pretty noisy,mini fridge was stinking and not working. Very beat up old hotel wouldn't recommend.

Für Ebike Fahrer nicht geeignet
Cons:

Das Aufladen von EBike Akku ist in den Zimmern nicht erlaubt, es wird aber auch keine Alternative zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Teppichböden sind Sanierungsbedürftig.
Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, es werden nur teure warme Wasserflaschen angeboten

Es gab bei der Hitze keine Klimaanlage.
Es war sehr heiß draußen und drinnen genauso, weil die Fenster waren gekippt.
Es wurde nichts unternommen z.b. mobile Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator zu besorgen.

L'hotel vieilit mal dans l'ensemble.
Au prix que nous avons payé, on a largement une catégorie avec clim mais l'hotel n'en était pas équipée. Dommage qu'aucune solution n'a été proposée par l'hotel ( ventilateur en chambre par exemple). Malheureusement, c'était un choix imposé pour nous pour cet hotel car c'est le dernier qui avait encore des chambres libres.

10min nach den reinkommen ins Zimmer hat uns gereicht.
Cons:

Wir waren eine Stunde da und es hat uns gereicht. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, kein Ventilator auf Anfrage und Mini Bar war defekt. Auf Nachfrage eines neues Zimmer kam keine deutliche Antwort und am Ende blieb uns keine andere Option. Bei 35 Grad. Wir mussten eine neue Unterkunft suchen.

Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Innenräume und Flure sind renovierungsbedürftig. Es war viel zu warm im Zimmer, es fehlte Lüftung und Klimaanlage, man sieht, es wird an Vielen gespart.

Durch die Wärme viel zu warm in dem Zimmer. Ventilator oder Lüftung in der Decke wäre ratsam
Auch die Decke viel zu warm für diese Jahreszeit
Praktikantin kaum Verständigung da deutsch kaum vorhanden und ein Kollege musste dann übernehmen. Bin sonst freundliches Personal gewohnt aber diesmal beim Check in war nicht doll

Pros:

Der Teppichboden auf dem Fluren war zerrissen, im Zimmer völlig verschlissen und an den Eingangs Seiten in Fransen. Ich verstehe nicht wie ein solches Hotel ein, drei Sterne Status erzielen kann. Die Rezeption habe ich informiert man meinte lapidar man würde es weitergeben. Ein schlechtes Hotel. Ich kann es niemandem empfehlen.
