Pros:

We love Kruger parc lodge! It"s a busy, yet quiet retreat. It's secure, clean and has many shops near by.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Units are clean and comfortable.
We also recommend the restaurant.

Can't get better!! Beautiful, peacefull and just what we needed.
Pros:

The facilities are perfect for kids. The golf course is in excellent condition. Challet was well equipped, lovely, and felt like home.
Definitely recommended !!

מיקום מצוין, כפר נופש ענק, מטופח מאוד, לצד הנהר עם היפופותמים. הוילה היתה מרווחת, חדרים גדולים, בריכה פרטית, נוף מושלם, מרפסת ענקית.
מנהל הקבלה היה אדיב מאוד ועזר לנו בבעיה שנתקלנו בה בצ'ק אין.

Cons:

הריהוט בסלון ישן ולא היה נעים לשבת עליו. השטיח בחדרים בלוי, במטבח היו חסרים דברים בסיסיים כמו מגבות ידיים (היתה מגבת אחת קטנה) מלח, פלפל, ספוג לשטיפת כלים, לא היו עצים להבעיר את האח ולא היה מיזוג בסלון ,היה קר מאוד. בלילה השני היה ריח רע בחדר האמבטיה. לא פניתי לקבלה כי היה מאוחר מאוד.
לפני ההגעה שלחתי פנייה דרך בוקינג ולא קיבלתי מענה. לשמחתי, מנהל הקבלה פתר את הבעיה בקלות כשהגענו.
