We were in a corner room by the outside door heard slamming of the doors all night also the bathroom walls need to he cleaned & the sink wasn't draining

Drugs in the nightstand.
Cons:

There was literally drugs in the nightstand when we got there. We had to call the police. They moved our rooms for it and the room we went to had a shower that physically hurts you.

I am a disabled traveler and I booked this hotel, also called the property direct to ask questions about rooms. After discussion was told to book online. Got to the hotel and was told the room I booked was on the 3d floor and the elevator was broken. The front desk staff was rude and ineffective, and she made no effort to accommodate my needs or offer any options. It was a Friday night, I had traveled all day over 600 miles to attend a memorial service the next morning. I was left without a room at 8pm in a small town with few options. When I asked the front desk person, she would not call the manager and she would not give a copy of what she said was a third party booking. It was late and she did not even offer to call another best western to see if they had rooms. I will never recommend this chain, nor will I use this service or this hotel chain again. I now request you cancel the frequent advantage club that offers perks, there is no perk you could ever offer to make me book anything with this chain again. You wasted my time and your service was the most degrading and humiliating experience I have ever had. Your website is a lie. Never again, and I will make sure that I review on every site I can to make others aware of your lousy service.

I didn’t get the room I reserved I told the staff and luckily they were able to get me the room

One thing that I really didn’t like was the key cards were malfunctioning I had to complaint to the front desk but I guess nothing they could do
