Schönes, gemütliches Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Schöne Bar und Aussenterrasse
Der Direktor ist immer für die Gäste da. Auch mal nur für eine ausgiebige Diskussion auf der Terrasse über das Weltgeschehen ;-)
Das Leonardo ist für uns, da wir regelmäßig in Heidelberg sind, zum Stammhotel geworden. Wir fühlen uns ausgesprochen wohl.

Pros:

Goed bed, dicht bij de snelweg voor doorreis.

Cons:

Sfeerloos, restaurant zeer matig.
Gedateerd, vloerbedekking niet fris, vlekken op meubels.

Prima plek voor doorreis naar of van vakantie naar Italië
Pros:

Het is een handige plek op doorreis uit Italië naar Nederland.
Wij kwamen wat later aan en konden niet meer in het restaurant eten, dat was helemaal bezet. Daarvoor kun je beter even bij het hotel reserveren. We moesten in de stad nog even wat zoeken.

Cons:

Het is een schoon hotel, misschien wat verouderd, maar helemaal prima voor een overnachting. Het ontbijt is echt heel erg uitgebreid en goed.

De directeur of manager van dit hotel ontmoette mijn zoon en dochter in de fitness ruimte. Na een goed gesprek heeft deze Directeur extra klantenservice gegeven. Geweldig 🤩 om te horen, chapeau en nogmaals dank voor uw goede zorgen en extra service voor onze kinderen die voor het eerst alleen een reis maakten.
