Pros:

Came for 3 nights for sixties weekend was upgraded to Pent house lovely room very clean and comfortable lovely choice for breakfast and dinner staff very nice

Cons:

Bar only opened at 5 would have liked to get a coffee but Wertherpoons just across the road

Lovely hotel with great staff. We have returned a few times since this booking.
Pros:

Great hospitality. The rooms were ample in size and well equiped. The breakfast was excellent.

Готель у самому центрі з дуже вигідною ціною, номер хоч і старенький, але акуратний.

Cons:

Не те, щоб не сподобалось, бо не мали такої великої потреби, але просто для інформації: за 4 ночі проживання не прибирали жодного разу.

the rooms need updating, gaps in windows wouldn't close properly, member of staff behind bar was ignorant and wouldn't serve even though it was after 3pm

Pros:

Breakfast was good for a buffet but even though I went as soon as the restaurant opened the mushrooms were like warm. Typical for a buffet in a hotel.

Bar was often closed and only seemed to open properly at weekend.

Another great weekend in Southport . Already booked again . We just love it !
Pros:

Always clean and warm , staff very pleasant and polite , and they always try and accommodate us with rooms together . The location of the hotel is great very central . The evening entertainment is great too . We always meet lovely people every time we go .
