Was too hot and we couldn’t open the windows or turn the red hot radiators off when it was a hot day as well
We asked 3 times for extra pillows in our
Room but had to collect them ourselves.
We mention when book that we had disability problems but they still put us in a room with a shower in the bath which neither of us could use

No air con, no access to the left hand side of the bed without climbing over my husband. The window could only open about 2 inches

Although the hotel was clean, the hotel needs updating!
At breakfast we were directed to a table that hadn’t been cleared or cleaned from the previous guests and had walked past one that was already set up. We then had to chase the staff up to ask to clear, clean and set it up.
The breakfast had not been replenished so there was items missing. The last straw was no mugs for a cup of tea and had to chase staff up again so we could get a cup of tea as the juice machine was not working properly either so I don’t think we got value for money for our stay and don’t think we will be returning
