It is a lovely hotel , convenient for everything
Pros:

Everything . Staff are all lovey, food, cleanliness, location, value for money, entertainment was all good.
It has disabled access around the side of the hotel too and a lift. Thankyou.

Pros:

I liked the location. The room was spacious, staff were polite and helpful very approachable. There was plenty of parking spaces. Shops just a road, park was at the top of the street opposite 50-100 yards away

Cons:

Slight problem will towels maid apologised and replaced them. Then there was a problem with the toilet by the time we got back from reception maintenance person was there ready to repair the problem.

Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great and the price was good.

Cons:

The room was dusty, had dirty stains, mold, the windows didnt open and it was too hot to sleep. On our way out undercover police swarmed on some undesirable people who all ran in the hotel. They had been staying in the hotel and were asking to go back in when we checked out.

Pros:

Above and beyond what we expected. Extremely nice staff who couldn't do enough for you nice spacious rooms and corridors very clean good food easily accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters from the front door side entrance ramp right to your room. Would highly recommend this hotel

Being woken at 1.30am due to incessant banging from radiator in room. then having to go and get night manager to bleed the radiator to stop the noise.
Bathroom lacked cupboard and shelf space. The excuitive room was not value and looked as if it had thrown together to meet demand.
