We had a great time here!
Pros:

We had a lovely time at the Best Western in Brantford, Ontario! Our room was rather spacious, had a fireplace, and the bed was comfortable. I loved the generous amount of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. All the hotel staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The hotel's breakfast was nice and lots of parking spaces were open on our side of the building while we were there.

Cons:

Pool wasn’t clean. Hot tub wasn’t clean had tons of hair and other stuff. Hot tub was broken.
For the money the king suite was run down and dirty. Bathroom was dirty, shower head sprayed water everywhere but straight and definitely needed some clean to clean it.

The room was nice. Big and clean

Cons:

Front desk person was very unfriendly. Not welcoming at all. He seemed impatient and grouchy. Also the mattress NEEDS to be changed. Uncomfortable and it had a sour smell. The woman who was running the breakfast was alone and run off her feet. She had no help.

Cons:

Bij aankomst bleek dat we 1 kamer voor 4 personen kregen terwijl we via Booking 2 kamers voor 2personen hadden geboekt. Geluk is dit door het personeel aangepast

Friendly and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Front staff was very friendly & welcoming and made the check-in process quick and easy.

Cons:

Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. We evacuated the building, but there was no communication on what happened.

With that being said .. We would still stay here again. :)
