Terrible
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

2 earwigs were found in our bed at 1:00 in the morning. My wife wanted to leave immediately. I told the front desk clerk when we checked out at 7:30. We would never stay at this Best Western ever again.

Pros:

The restaurant staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

Not enough towels. No conditioner. Hot tub not working seems to be a lot of new immigrants hanging about the property. Not a good look when there are families staying with small children.
