The restaurant staff were very pleasant.
Not enough towels. No conditioner. Hot tub not working seems to be a lot of new immigrants hanging about the property. Not a good look when there are families staying with small children.
The breakfast was very good we really enjoyed it.

My family walked into our room and were taken aback by the smell of smoke, flies, and hair on a pillow. We turned around and left the hotel. It has been impossible to speak with staff since as we have attempted to gain a refund. Calls to managers have gone unanswered. Corporate at Booking.com and BW say they cannot help. Avoid.
There were a few things, that were inconvenient at the time , such as the key maker being broken so the staff were helpful

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I have ever experienced. I chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. The property is in desperate need of a full renovation and proper maintenance.
The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff. They were polite, friendly, and tried their best, but unfortunately, they cannot make up for the terrible condition of the hotel.
The room was in very poor shape. The walls looked extremely old, with wallpaper peeling off in several places. The lighting was so dim that the room felt gloomy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to see properly, especially at night. The carpets were absolutely filthy, with what appeared to be vomit stains in multiple areas. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room that never went away.
The bathroom was incredibly small and felt unsafe to use. The bathroom door barely opened or closed properly, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the bathroom fixtures were clearly worn out—the covers on the faucet handles were cracked and falling apart, showing just how neglected the room has become.
Sleeping was nearly impossible because the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead of maintaining a comfortable temperature, the fan kept shutting off throughout the night, causing the room to become warm and forcing me to wake up repeatedly. After paying for a hotel room, I expected a good night’s sleep, but that simply didn’t happen.
I was also surprised that there was no complimentary drinking water provided in the room, which is a basic amenity offered by many hotels.
The breakfast was acceptable but very mediocre. While the food itself tasted fine, there was very little variety, and the selection was disappointing. There were no hot breakfast options available, making the meal feel incomplete and far below what I expected from a hotel.

Currently under construction and no where during booking did it tell you that. Our floor was a construction mess; drywall mud all over the hallway floor, drywall dust everywhere...etc. Hotel is outdated and poorly laid out.
