Definitiv keine vier Strene!
Pros:

Zimmereinrichtung ist schön und modern

Cons:

Stickige Luft im Zimmer die trotz lüften nicht raus ging. Poolbreich unten ist nicht einladend. Frühstückt ist einfach schlecht, Brötchen vom Vortag !

Unter den Erwartungen
Pros:

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal in dem Hotel und es ist natürlich schön gelegen und auch wenn es in die Jahre gekommen ist immer noch ein schönes Hotel, man kann nicht immer auf dem neuesten Stand sein.
Schön ist das Schwimmbad und Sauna und wir nutzen es auch gerne.

Cons:

Auch wie bei unserem letzten Mal in diesem Hotel, war das Frühstück und der Service eine Katastrophe...auf das ausdrucken der Gästekarte wurden wir 3x vertröstet...kein nettes Wort wie "hatten sie eine angenehme Anreise" o.ä. nichts. Das Frühstück war sehr unprofessionell, die Wurst und der Käse wurde aus der Verpackung nur auf die Platten geklatscht (die Verpackung wie bei Aldi oder Lidl nur in Großformat) es fehlten ständig Tassen oder Teewasser, Löffel, die Marmeladengläser waren sehr oft leer. Wenn man dann nachfragte wurde aufgefüllt. Aber das kann in einem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel, nicht der Anspruch sein.
Da wir über Weihnachten dort waren, war die Einfallslosigkeit noch weniger nachvollziehbar...mal einen Sekt, etwas Fisch oder Salat, einen tollen Kuchen....nichts.
Zu dieser Zeit sind sehr viele ausländische Touristen in dem Hotel und man schämt sich als Deutscher das es so was in Garmisch Partenkirchen gibt.

Super Lage, tolles und vielfältiges Frühstück. Schöner Pool und guter Fitnessraum. Sehr bequeme Betten – rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Leider war die Badtür in meinem Zimmer defekt. Das Problem wurde an der Rezeption sehr forsch aufgenommen und während meines Aufenthalts nicht behoben. Das war enttäuschend und hat den Gesamteindruck etwas
getrübt.

Sehr schönes Hotel, leider ein schlechtes Restaurant
Pros:

Sehr sauber, nettes Personal an der Rezeption

Cons:

Die Wartezeit im Restaurant war extrem lang, zweimal wurde das falsche Essen geliefert und das Personal hat sich dauernd in Lügen verstrickt. Leider keine schöne Erfahrung. Ich empfehle außerhalb Essen zu gehen

Net aan okay-ish
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel en een goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Fitnessruimte (zeer weinig aanbod, verouderde machines, geen dumbells) en zwembad (5 graden te koud om het iig fijn te vinden). Daarnaast lag m’n kamer boven de keuken en naast de airco…veel lawaai: ik kreeg wél snel een andere en betere kamer na m’n beklag.
