Pros:

Ansprechendes Zimmer, sauberes, modernes Bad mit Pflegeprodukten, Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer, unkomplizierter Checkin und -out. Leider ging die Lampe über dem Tischchen im Zimmer nicht, bzw. fand ich keinen Schalter dazu, so war es abends recht dunkel.
Als Backwaren auf dem Frühstückstisch würde ich mir neben den Aufbackbrötchen auch ein paar echte Vollkornbrötchen wünschen.

Eine gemütliche Unterkunft mit guten Service
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Fuss der malerischen Ludwigstrasse. Und ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum und Olympia-Skistadion entfernt. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, Z.T. auch laktosefreie Speisen, vegan und vegetarische werden angeboten.
Der Zimmerservice ist sehr freundlich und sauber.
Hier wird auch Umwerltfteundlicher Service angeboten, was gerne auch genutzt wurde.

Cons:

Eine vorherige Erreichbarkeit am Telefon oder Email war nicht möglich. Daher war eine vorherige Frage unbeantwortet konnte aber bei einchecken unkompliziert und gleich gelöst werden.
Das Restaurant im Hotel war abends nur selten geöffnet worauf keine Infos entsprechend kommuniziert oder Schilder aufgestellt wurden.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine zentrale Lage, aber der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Mein Zimmer hatte schmutzige
Pros:

Lage: Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, man ist schnell überall.
Frühstück: Qualitativ war das Frühstück wirklich lecker.
Zimmer: Von den Schönheitsfehlern abgesehen, war das Zimmer an sich okay und gemütlich.

Cons:

Zustand des Zimmers: An den weißen Wänden waren viele schwarze Streifen (sah nach Koffern/Umzug aus). Zudem war ein Handtuch fleckig.
Lage & Lärm: Trotz gebuchtem Bergblick schaute ich auf Mülltonnen und die Warenanlieferung. Da am Samstagmorgen früh geliefert wurde, war es extrem laut.
Service: Das Personal wirkte insgesamt eher distanziert. Besonders beim Frühstück war das Team komplett überfordert – viele Platten und Behälter waren leer und wurden nur langsam nachgefüllt.
