Wir kommen nicht wieder. Das Hotel hat mit seiner Ausstattung Potenzial, allerdings beschränkt sich so ein Befall nicht

Die Lage ist super und die bereits (teilweise) renovierten Zimmer sind optisch schön.

Cons:

!!! SCHABEN !!! In unserem Zimmer (329) war ein akuter Schabenbefall. Wenn man genau hingesehen hat, hat man sie überall gefunden. Kein Wunder bei dem alten nicht mehr ansehnlichen Teppichboden. Wir haben die Rezeption kontaktiert und ein neues Zimmer erhalten. Beim Betreten haben wir auch hier noch eine Schabe gesehen, diese hat sich jedoch schnell verkrochen und weitere konnten wir nicht ausmachen. Die Kollegen an der Rezeption haben den Befall wohl der Direktion gemeldet und die Frühschicht sollte informiert werden. Den Kollegen beim Check-Out hat es jedenfalls nicht interessiert. Wir hatten ursprünglich eine Junior-Suite gebucht, mussten dann in ein deutlich kleineres Doppelzimmer umziehen da kein anderes Zimmer mehr verfügbar war. Finanziell gab es zudem keinerlei Entgegenkommen, bei Abreise wurde fröhlich die Kurtaxe, der Parkplatz und der Aufpreis für die Hunde verlangt. Mit Ausnahme der Kurtaxe haben wir die weitere Zahlung verweigert und wenn man mal ehrlich ist, wurde selbst damit eigentlich noch zu viel gezahlt. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen trotz deutlichem Downgrade und der Umstände. Bestenfalls nimmt man noch ein schönes krabbelndes Geschenk mit in weitere Hotels oder sogar mit nach Hause. Ach und bei Abreise zur Mittagszeit war von einem Kammerjäger noch keine Spur.

Wonderful location and great breakfast
Pros:

Location was great. There were restaurants and the gorge in walking distance.. Breakfast was also delicious with a lot to chose from.

Cons:

The bed was soft and so not comfortable to me personally. Others may enjoy it though.

The view and the pool made the hotel better. The walking distance to restaurants was perfect.

Cons:

The staff seemed undermanned. The resturant was closed on saturday. The staff was unable to keep up with the breakfast demand on Sunday and Monday. Parking was hard and not a lot of availability.

normální snídaně, co neurazí ani nenadchne. Dobrá lokalita pro ranní výjezd na Zugspitze.

ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Besitzerwechsel hat sich negativ ausgewirkt
Pros:

Peronal ist hilfsbereit, hat jedoch teilweise Probleme mit der deutschen Sprache. Die Parkplatzsituation ist verbesserngswürdig.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Sitzbereich des Restaurants lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Qualität sowie Angebot der Speisen sind unter Niveau dessen, was man in Garmisch-Partenkirchen erwarten kann.
