Nest Hotel MGallery DISAPPOINTING!!

While checking in I asked if breakfast is covered, they said yes. Next day morning after breakfast they made me sign on the bill. Spoke to the lady at reception who apologized but couldn't do anything.
Next day construction work was ongoing right outside my room and the noise and disturbance didn't let me work all afternoon. When I called reception the lady said this work is going outside the hotel, we cannot do anything. I would expect a so called 5 star hotel to make customers aware while checking in if there is work right outside even if it is nothing to do with the hotel as it disturbs the hotel customers. Common sense. And be courteous to your customers don't argue for no reason!
I would have gladly picked another room down the corridor or another floor had I known the issue. They offered me to change the room right in the middle of an important call which I couldn't. She didn't understand or try to understand what I was saying.
Visited and stayed in hotels in and around Le Defense many times. This is the first and last time I will stay in NEST MGallery hotel. Approach road to the hotel is confusing. Taxi from CDG could never reach the hotel following maps. He dropped me few mins away under a bridge and I had to take a 10 mins walk up the stairs. At least he was polite and it was my choice given he tried his best. There are many options logistically convenient at or below this price range with much better service in Le defense.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing overall. Our rooms wer very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were allowed an early check in for one of our two rooms, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight. Our only real complaint is that although we could get an uber to the hotel, getting an uber from the hotel was nearly impossible because of how it is positioned. We probably wouldn't book again because of the distance from the city center. Other than that, it's a high quality place to stay.

I was amazed at the service spirit of the staff like a five-star hotel. I appreciate their attentiveness to their customers. Both the check-in and check-out times and the breakfast time I experienced their amazing service. When I left something in my room, they let me know quickly and clearly, and when I went to find my lost item, they were as kind as possible. I will definitely come back to this place.

Taxi is always unable to find the way to the hotel. Hotel restaurant does not open in the evening. Weekends have very few nearby restaurants open. Quite inconvenient other than going to the office buildings in that neighbourhood

The location was terrible… No one could find the place. Food places were limited & too far from most attractions.

A very nice hotel, fantastic breakfast. It is reached by Metro line 1 (yellow), Important to exit at Esplanade de la Defense (second last station), get out in the direction of the train, spot a round building and walk around it anti clockwise until you find the hotel entrance. 100 m.
The hotel is situated at the end of a giant outdoor mall 2 km long and 100m across. With this advice you will avoid it.
Line 1 takes you to Paris center and most important places and connections, it is fast and frequent, thus the hotel is centrally placed in a practical sense. Although it doesnt seem so on the map

Hôtel is great however the construction and road work around the area was challenging for Taxi drivers and was further out from what we thought from main attractions. The area is walkable if you don’t mind getting your steps in. I would recommend the hotel and their restaurant was lovely with great food.
