la tranquilité, le service: Accès à la piscine, spa et saune ainsi que le petit dejeuner! Très Cool! J'ai apprécier! Merci bcp

Cons:

Les oreillers. Un peu trop inconfortable, trop "mottoneux". et pour les savons fournis, à la place j'aurais mit a disposition une mini bouteille de gel douche.ou un distributeur.

Pros:

The only thing I didn't like were the groups of drunk hockey families that occupied all the common spaces but that was not The hotels fault.

Cons:

The breakfast room was small and overcrowded with the hotel so full. The food was basic and not so great. Cold boiled eggs really dry scrambled eggs mini muffins and a super long line for bread.

Not worth the trip! There are plenty of better places out there

The staff was not welcoming upon check-in. I've stayed in 5 hotels in the last two weeks on my trip from Niagara Falls to Toronto to Ottawa to Montreal and Quebec City. All the same level of hotel 3-4 star, and this is the worst. Staff wasn't friendly, room wasn't clean (we had a Murphy bed with long strands of hair all over the blanket) room thermostat was broken and wouldn't go above 19.5'C, so we shivered all night. I asked the staff to fix the thermostat in the morning and service our room as we are staying two days (service in hotel lingo means replace towels and empty garbage bins), she gave me a weird look like I was asking for something above and beyond. My husband took his father (80) and our son (7) to the restaurant Cosmo across from our room to have breakfast. The staff sisnt greet them just mentioned you only have 1.5 hours to eat. My husband felt this interaction was rude and not at all welcoming. We will never come back! This experience has totally ruined our first impression of Quebec City and overall has damped our experience for the great of our stay.
