Should have costed less than what I paid
Pros:

Swimming pool and Hot pool were great options..Breakfast is good because they gave meat but not great as it has less options

Cons:

They don’t provide mineral water/ clean water. The male receptionist just said you can drink tap water from bathroom. Like, we are not in a remote place. It’s just outside the city. And they provide small soaps for body wash and tubes as shampoo. There is no toothbrush/tooth paste provided. This is just an economy hotel with oakyish breakfast(because they gave meat but not many items). Basically, this is a 2-star hotel not a 3 star. Should have got a better price than what I got.

Pour une nuit.
Pros:

Propre, belle piscine, stationnement réservé a notre chambre. Sortie intérieure que extérieure j'ai bien aimé.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas pris le déjeuner, la chambre était propre mais près des ascenceurs et des portes extérieures c'était un peu bruyant.

Bel établissement près de Montréal à prix super .
Pros:

Emplacement , super rapport qualité prix, joli établissement récent et bien pensé.
Le parking gratuit.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner à revoir et notamment la salle petite et très bruyante.

Great staff but a better hot breakfast
Pros:

The gym was great , the room was clean and throughout the hotel. Staff very helpful.
We had a ground floor room which had a additonal door to the back of our room to a parking spot for our car this was great. 😀

Cons:

The breakfast was okish but we dont eat pork and there was only sausage scrambled egg and beans which has pork in too. There was fruit toast and a few pastries but the choice for hot breafast needs to improve.

Very disappointing experience.

The rooms (301,302)had a bad smell, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations. The front desk employee was rude, unfriendly, and never smiled or made us feel welcome.

On top of that, our both rooms keys kept stopping working. Every time we left the hotel and came back, the door would not open, and we had to return to the front desk to have the key reactivated. This happened repeatedly and was extremely frustrating.

The worst part was that the hotel charged $163 USD to my bank card for alleged smoking, even though no one smoked inside the room. The only thing that happened was that there was no place to dispose of cigarette butts because the ashtray outside the hotel was completely full. I have photos proving this.

I contacted the manager and requested a refund of the $163 charge, but I have not received any response.

The only positive part of our stay was Aisha. She was professional, kind, welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. She was the only staff member who made us feel respected and cared for.

Unfortunately, because of the poor customer service, the repeated issues with the room key, and the unfair charge to my credit card, I cannot recommend this hotel.
