Excellent stay

Very friendly check in. At check out staff was nowhere to be found, with a sign to talk into a walkie talkie which did not work.

Also not the fault of the hotel but the people above me were either 900 pounds or wild animals based on the constant banging on the floor, all night.

Barbara at the front desk was so helpful and friendly….wish all hotels had a Barbara from Zimbabwe.

We chose this hotel for it's very reasonable price and because it was just off the highway that we were travelling on. We arrived past midnight and left after breakfast the next morning. Staff was helpful and efficient upon arrival and checkout. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is somewhat dated but it served our purposes well.

Room was ok, however, we had 2 queens and a double pull out couch, they gave us 2 towels and were annoyed when we asked for more..

Our fridge didn’t work, and when we told staff, they acted like we were stupid and asked if we turned the dial to make it cold. We ended up losing some food we had put in there.

the "heated" pool was freezing cold. We had 2 small children that wanted to swim and couldn't stay in more than a few minutes.

Every time we expressed a concern, it was brushed off and told maintenance was out sick and nothing could be done.
The only good thing about this hotel was the size of the room for the kids to play.
I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Facilities are adequate, rooms are dated but beds comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good range of food.
Pool is of a good size but was cold.

Staff was excellent. Its an older building but the rooms are clean. No musty or spray to cover odours.

Friendly staff at check-in. Everything was clean and as expected. Water pressure in shower not great, but eventually got the job done. Breakfast was not just continental - had scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage too. Was also a pancake machine, didn't try it tho.

Great hotel for the price!
Pool, hot tub and sauna made for a relaxing evening.
Unfortunately breakfast didn't start until 7(6 would have been better)so we weren't able to enjoy that but still a great value.

Sandra, at the front desk, was wonderful. Clean rooms, lovely staff

The facility was dated. Also there is no elevator and we had to carry our luggage to a second story.
