Best Western Plus Pioneer Square Hotel Downtown

From ease of entry on arrival. Pleasant and efficient staff. Spotlessly clean. Complimentary tea and coffee machine. Spotless breakfast dining room and excellent staff. Luggage trolley available and excellent location. Walking distance to Ferries Amtrak King street station. Hop on hop off bus outside door and the hotel most beautifully furnished. I recommend this hotel 100%. Staff also altered booking for us to stay in the same room and extra two days due to schedule disruption beyond our control. Good size bathroom and shower. And fridge in room bar size and excellent.

Location was perfect with easy walking around the waterfront area

Lovely hotel. Historic building. Great location near the waterfront ans Pioneer square. Easy walk feom train starion. Comfortable room. Wooden staircases. Friendly staff who kept out luggage at front desk while we went out and about. Breakfast was good. Basic hotel breakfast. It was more expensive than we liked but we stayed on a Friday night of a mariners game so we just paid up.

This is a no-frills hotel in a very convenient location. Just cross the main road and you're on the Waterfront Promenade. By "no-frills" I mean that there's no on-site restaurant and apart from a fairly dark and uninviting seating and desk area, where you will find all the local attractions leaflets, there's no lounge area as such. But, to be fair, we didn't spend all that much time in the hotel during our 4-night pre-cruise stay.
Having got the negatives out of the way the positives are: the staff are friendly, approachable and helpful; the complimentary breakfast, although with only a limited choice, is perfectly adequate - and we particularly enjoyed the waffles and bottomless coffee!. The hotel is in a quiet area; the room size (we had 417) was an extremely good size with everything you could want - fridge, hairdrier, coffeemaker, safe, iron and ironing board, plenty of hot water, very comfortable bed, and very good toiletries.
Seattle is very walkable although be aware that the pavements are somewhat uneven, also that there's a disturbingly high level of homelessness and rough sleeping in many parts of the city. If you get the chance, visit the Space Needle and Chihuli Gardens - the hotel fixed up the trip for us, along with the open-topped tour bus. We also booked a trip through Get Your Guide (WOW Nature Tours) to Twin Falls and Snoqualmie Falls - that was excellent, cannot recommend it enough!
The hotel booked us a Cruise Ship Shuttle but it didn't turn up - (not the hotel's fault!) - and they stepped in and sorted us out with a taxi. This was cheaper!
We would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located to the historic district and sights. Easy to get everywhere. Clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Stayed there before boarding a family cruise. They made sure our rooms were near each other.

Great staff

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. They also accommodated an early check-in which was very much appreciated after a very long flight. Great location and easy to get to the waterfront and pike place market. Also close to the bus stop for the (free) waterfront shuttle.

Friendly staff and charming building, well-situated in the heart of Pioneer Square. Spacious room. Loved the balcony. Nice to be in an original Seattle low rise. Generous breakfast hours (6:30-10:30). Lobby Fireplace!
