Pros:

The location in Little Italy is really good close to restaurants and trolley station. The staff were very nice. I had some back and forth regarding an invoice and the staff addressed these issues online promptly.

Cons:

The room was a bit old (although clean), definitely looked like it required some renovation. The facilities and amenities were decent. The main issue was that the internet/wifi was slow and the connection was not that stable at times.

Pros:

The staff was super nice. I asked for a room change and they immediately sorted it out. Also the Location is great in the heart of Little Italy!

Cons:

Every time I left the room, the card would stop working, and I had to go back to the front desk to have it reprogrammed just to get back in. I tried 3 different cards but all of them had the same issue
