The staff was super nice. I asked for a room change and they immediately sorted it out. Also the Location is great in the heart of Little Italy!
Every time I left the room, the card would stop working, and I had to go back to the front desk to have it reprogrammed just to get back in. I tried 3 different cards but all of them had the same issue

The hotel was perfectly located. Walking distance from the little Italy sign and shops and from the marina. The staff was friendly. We would be back again.
The parking was a little tricky because we arrived on Saturday and the farmers market was taking place on the street in front of the hotel. But when we called the hotel the receptionist helped walked us through the entire ordeal and helped us till we found the parking entrance.
Right in the heart of Little Italy! Walking distance to the bay and all of downtown San Diego. We had an incredible Italian dinner steps from the hotel, and enjoyed top notch coffee and baked goods from a local cafe attached to the hotel.
The room was small, but it didn't effect our stay.

Location was perfect
Cleanliness and orderly checkin. I was checked into an already occupied room which also smelled of weed. After being checked into a new room, I noticed it still smelled funky.
It was easy to get to from the airport and the staff were really friendly & helpful.
The room felt quite stuffy and the view from the window was a brick wall which made it dark & a bit like a prison cell!
It was in a great location. Right in the heart of Little Italy. Close uber ride to the airport. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room wasn’t huge, but we were only there to sleep. Would definitely recommend.

The view from our room is really nice. But the AC isn’t cooling properly, also the hair dryer plug is broken.
