Great Hotel for the money
Pros:

The whole place is fenced in and you have to use your room key to open the gate to get on the property. They allow dogs and it was very quiet. All of the staff was super friendly

Over all the staff was kind & friendly & the bed was very comfortable
Pros:

The young lady that checked us in was very kind & friendly. And even the morning staff was very kind & friendly. The room was nice and I loved the lighting on the desk where the TV is located.

Cons:

I would have liked to have known before booking that I would be charged a extra $100 (refundable deposit) as long as the room was left with no damages. The remote for the TV was hard to understand but I realized later that you have to charge the remote. So I used my own phone charger to charge the stupid remote. Remotes should be charging for guest NOT GUESTS USING HIS OR HER OWN CHARGER TO GET A REMOTE TO WORK TO BE ABLE TO WATCH TV. Or at least get a remote you don't have to charge for your guests.

Our Stay At Best Western in Salisbury, MD.
Pros:

Our Stay Was Great!!! Check-In was a Breeze Thanks to Kenneth Bryant! Ashley At the Front Desk was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She made sure we had everything we needed to make our Stay joyous and complete ♥️! Thank You Ms. Edith for the Love that you put into Preparing Breakfast. The sausages were a huge hit with my Husband!
We will definitely be staying here again!!

It worked for 1 night but wouldn’t stay any longer
Pros:

It was gated and the breakfast was very good (hot & fresh)

Cons:

Small bathroom, small room all together & it looked like a little bit of mold in the corner of the ceiling in the shower

O atendimento e péssimo, uma atendente com ma vontade . E tbm eu fiz 2 reservas , e foram retirados 2 depósitos da minha conta , já fazem hoje 7 dias pós estadia e só me reembolsaram 1 depósito . Estou tentando resolver a 5 dias já, e demoram pra responder e não resolvem . Eu tento falar c eles e não me respondem . Difícil o contato .

Accommodation and communication among employees, should have received 2 handicapped rooms,after confirmation inadvanced notification with early check-in, only to receive 2 rooms on second level, todal dissater,chaos,no wash cloths in room,had to request, and ice machine broken, overall experience totally disheartened, disabled veterans deserve much better
