Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice.
Bed sheet had a 12-15" rip in it -- it was paper thin -- long past when it should have been discarded. The entire floor was very wet from bathroom & thru room & table top. Reservation was for 4 people but only towels for 2 -- why?

Sofa bed didn't have any linen. Floors through the room and the bathroom was dusty. Tissue was low, not new.
I had an overall good experience at the Best Western in Salisbury, MD. I really liked that the hotel offered complimentary breakfast, an onsite laundry facility, and a pool. Having these amenities available made the stay more convenient, especially for a longer visit. The hotel provided good value for the price, and I would consider staying here again.
There were a few things I didn’t like during my week-long stay. Housekeeping only came to clean the room once during my entire stay, which was disappointing. The bathroom also had some design issues. The toilet seemed too large for the space, making it difficult to open and close the bathroom door properly—the door would sometimes get stuck unless it was pushed completely closed.
The shower water pressure was also very low, which made taking a shower take much longer than it should. Overall, the hotel had some good amenities, but these issues definitely affected the comfort and convenience of my stay.
It was clean. Staff was accommodating.
Breakfast, to many people picking over the food. And my hand soap and body were empty.
The pool
The fact that when we got there and checked in the room was not clean as if somebody was still staying there so of course you had to go back and get into another room and then we couldn't get the room that we wanted which was first floor even though there were no one in those rooms we still couldn't get it not to mention the breakfast was terrible
Breakfast was the normal offered and was fine.
It was all about the people staying at this location. Noise, smoking pot, loud barking dogs.
The location was near the wedding we attended.
So convenient.
I didn’t like having to climb the stairs and was confused by the locking side gate.

Place was okay. Needs to be modernized a bit
First I was surprised that the TV set did not have CLOSED CAPTION capabilities in the remote control. Second I'm senior who travels alone with my Dog. I checked 2 rooms they have the old fashion bath tub. Without any hand hails to grab. I am a senior who is 5' tall. I already slipped trying to raise my leg to get out. I needed 10 weeks of therapy which didn't help. This is very dangerous

Que no nos ubicaron en la habitación solicitada ya que era con dos camas grandes y nos ubicaron en una con una sola cama y un sofá cama, dijeron que al otro día nos reacomodarian y tampoco lo hicieron, adicional a ello al siguiente día de la primer noche nos bloquearon las llaves de acceso a la habitación que porque según a ellos les aparecía que era una sola noche y no dos
I just stayed one night with the family. The desk person was extremely friendly. I didn't get his name. I asked for a room upstairs but the key to the room was not working and also I didn't want to carry all my stuff to the second floor. The desk guy representative was able to accommodate me with a room on the first floor.
Next time I will definitely stay at this location.
