The from was freezing it was 59 degrees room was dirty the breakfast had no food no yogurts pancake wafer maker was not working no one was around to help

The hotel seemed to be poorly operated. When I checked in around midnight the staff gave me an incorrect key card and room number and when I learned I was locked out of my room I returned to the office to find it was closed with a sign stating I should call a cell phone number if I needed any assistance. No one answered or called me back.

Assuming that they gave me the wrong information. I just tried my key on every door on the side of the building they put me in until I found a room that unlocked.

There were dead bugs on the floor of our room and a smell so bad we just couldn’t get passed. Peeling paint on walls and ceiling

1 . We checked in at 530 and did not get a room until 8:30 , because of a computer glitch, ruining our evening
plans and causing us severe aggravation.
2 . The room did not have a remote and the faucet of the tub fell off. The room was not safe.
3 . There was a string nauseating smell of pot. I had to cover my nose with my towel The environment was not safe.
4 . The bed was not comfortable and very hard.
For all these reasons and for failure of services rendered I demand a full refund.

It's a motel, difficult to tell from the pictures, rooms have been half renovated. The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos. Between my arrival and getting into my room was an hour, as they didn't have any rooms ready, this was at 6pm. The bathroom door couldn't close. Tv remote didn't work, neither did the second one. Few issues with the key card over a 2 night stay

Bed sheet had a 12-15" rip in it -- it was paper thin -- long past when it should have been discarded. The entire floor was very wet from bathroom & thru room & table top. Reservation was for 4 people but only towels for 2 -- why?

There were a few things I didn’t like during my week-long stay. Housekeeping only came to clean the room once during my entire stay, which was disappointing. The bathroom also had some design issues. The toilet seemed too large for the space, making it difficult to open and close the bathroom door properly—the door would sometimes get stuck unless it was pushed completely closed.

The shower water pressure was also very low, which made taking a shower take much longer than it should. Overall, the hotel had some good amenities, but these issues definitely affected the comfort and convenience of my stay.

Sofa bed didn't have any linen. Floors through the room and the bathroom was dusty. Tissue was low, not new.

Breakfast, to many people picking over the food. And my hand soap and body were empty.

The fact that when we got there and checked in the room was not clean as if somebody was still staying there so of course you had to go back and get into another room and then we couldn't get the room that we wanted which was first floor even though there were no one in those rooms we still couldn't get it not to mention the breakfast was terrible
